Back in the early '70s as America was getting ready for its' Bicentennial - Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom got the "America on Parade", and Disneyland filled the former Carousel of Progress building with America Sings. In ill-fitting show for Tomorrowland - but hey, in 1988 when it was closed, the figures gave us all what was needed for Splash Mountain, premiering at Disneyland in 1989, and the Magic Kingdom in 1992.
