Vicki - You can do it!!!
Glynis - Remember you will be at DL and it is ok to have a few treats! If you WALK WALK WALK and drink WATER WATER WATER, then you will do great and either drop a few lbs or stay the same beacuse of what you eat. I went last Sept and had ice cream a few times (didn't finish it), had a corn dog at the red wagon, didn't eat the best foods, but because we walked and walked and walked and drank water water water I ended up 3 lbs lighter than when I left home. Have a good time and it will be fine. I didn't reach my goal weight at the time I have 5 lbs to go, but when I got home I had only two lbs and it was fabulous!!! YOU CAN DO IT AND ENJOY THE TRIP AND FOOD.

Oh & by the way, they have a wonderful oriental chicken salad thing at Rainforest Cafe. Yummy.

Remember I said that I thought I was retaining water last week. I guess I must have been, because I lost 4.5 pounds this week for a total so far of 25.5 pounds.
. I think I'm down 4 lbs on the scale, but nothing too dramatic. I do fit into my pants better though. I haven't had any soda in a week and a half, and with the exception of Sunday, only a few low carb treats. I got some low carb dessert recipes off the web and I'm going to make a few for camping this weekend. I'm hoping that I won't cheat if I have something low carb to snack on. I know my Mother has been baking since last weekend so I'm sure there will be lots of temptation.

I am addicted to the pictures of Disney dining thread (aka the food porn thread) & then sit here asking myself.......is this good for my diet?????
but I tell myself it's Disney food & anything Disney makes me happy so I allow myself to look & drool.
