I wish I could say I was doing fine...but I am not...life just (excuse my language, please) sucks sometimes and this is one of those times for me. The part that bugs me the worst is I've done as much as I can to rectify the situation but it's not up to me anymore.

From what I can find online, it is a very rare congenital condition, that can increase the chance of testicular cancer. She has to take him to a urologists, but the appointment is not until the 21st.

Sounds like what I did when younger. My mom has a picture of me in frilly panties and wearing a shower cap (nothing else) playing outside at my grandmother's. Of course I was 2 or 3 at the time.

For some reason DS was running around in his underwear and a wizard hat over the weekend (like this ).

Beth- DO NOT cancel that appointment....you need to go to the dr. I need to see you nice and healthy in less than 2 weeks. ( don't worry about the weight gain...just remember you've seen me looking like a drowned whale )

Thanks to you and everyone who won't let me skip this doctor's appointment. That's one of the reasons I mentioned it. I know that dh and you all won't let me chicken out as much as I want to.

DH gave him our camcorder, so he was very busy all weekend making movies and editing sound and all sort of things. Not sure where the wizard hat plays in to all of that.

I did have UTIs in April and again just before this last urine test. Maybe it just didn't completely clear up.

Beth - No, you should NOT cancel the appointment! There is no reason to be embarrassed. Just march in there and do what you need to do to get healthy! I have only had one UTI that severe, and I was in excruciating pain. Are you in pain? Even if you aren't, you need to go get checked out!

I found a pair of Ecco sandals for DS at Nordstrom. We also found a pair of Crocs at Macy's, but it turns out they are the same size as the ones we are trying to replace! DH called while we were shopping and I had him check the size on the blue ones DS has at home. Of course we had already left Macy's by then. Anyway, I will look and see if the new ones might be bigger than the old ones. If they are the same size we are taking the new ones back.

I saw some cool Croc sport sandals for DH on the Macy's website, but he looked at them and doesn't like them. OK, won't order them then! I also saw some Keen sandals at Marshall's for him, but I didn't buy them. I showed him the style online and he likes them, so I guess I'll go back to Marshall's after Princess wakes up. They only had one pair so hopefully they will still be there!

Thanks for the encouragement. I really don't like doctors. I'm not in pain now. I have had UTIs in the past, and they have been very painful. The last time I went to the walk-in, they gave me the antibiotics but told me that I had to have a recheck by my doctor's office once I was done with the antibiotics. Last Thursday I had to go in just to go to the lab for the sample. I figured everything would be fine and I would be done with that. Now I actually have to go in and see the doctor!

The kind who is too lazy to replace the batteries in the camera? I bought rechargeable batteries to use for the trip, but they are still in the package. I would have had to unwrap them, charge them, blah blah blah. I don't mess with DH's cameras. I want no part of those.

I guess the mental image will have to be enough. I can always TELL his girlfriends about it.
