Can you please explain when a boy has 3 testicles? My cousin's son has three, but I don't think mom quite understoon what causes it and what they will do for it.

I think I am going to do the coral reef with a diver. I had been debating on that one.

We does not like nascar so I dont think he would like the richard petty thing.

Hello, all! I haven't had a chance to go back and read yet. Last week I spent 95% of my waking hours at the Synchronized Swimming Age Group Nationals meet. It was terrific but exhausting.

Any of the nurses here have any clues what blood in my urine may mean? I have had a couple of UTIs recently that I've gone to the walk-in for. At the last one, they requested that I get a re-check post antibiotic with my regular doctor's office. I did that last week, and they just called today. They want me in for an office visit, since I had "a large quantity" of blood in my urine (and it wasn't TOM when I went in)! I am freaking out! I don't do doctors very well. Not only that, I haven't been in for several years, and I have gained (literally) a hundred pounds since I last saw him. This is going to be so awful. I have to will myself not to cancel this appointment.

I think ill be cleaning my room today and getting rid of a lot of stuff...its a good feeling to get some of teh clutter gone!

Mom seems to be doing a little better.

She is unable to swallow and continues to pull out her NG tube. The doctor is going to put in a feeding tube in her stomach on Wed. Hopefully Mom will tolerate that a little better.

Tests have shown lots of little strokes or TIA's. She also has congestive heart failure. Hopefully medication will help.

Mom is quite the fighter and is not ready to give up the ghost just yet!

Off to get some sleep and then drive up to see her today.
The weather forecasters are calling for severe storms this afternoon, so hopefully I can get on the road before the storms hit.

Beth- DO NOT cancel that appointment....you need to go to the dr. I need to see you nice and healthy in less than 2 weeks. ( don't worry about the weight gain...just remember you've seen me looking like a drowned whale )

I wish I could say I was doing fine...but I am not...life just (excuse my language, please) sucks sometimes and this is one of those times for me. The part that bugs me the worst is I've done as much as I can to rectify the situation but it's not up to me anymore.

Please dont cancel! It sounds like a UTI to me as well, but i am not a nurse either--so go to the dr Good luck!

Heidi - No clue on the testicle thing. Hopefully it isn't too difficult to fix!

Beth - No, you should NOT cancel the appointment! There is no reason to be embarrassed. Just march in there and do what you need to do to get healthy! I have only had one UTI that severe, and I was in excruciating pain. Are you in pain? Even if you aren't, you need to go get checked out!

I found a pair of Ecco sandals for DS at Nordstrom. We also found a pair of Crocs at Macy's, but it turns out they are the same size as the ones we are trying to replace! DH called while we were shopping and I had him check the size on the blue ones DS has at home. Of course we had already left Macy's by then. Anyway, I will look and see if the new ones might be bigger than the old ones. If they are the same size we are taking the new ones back.

I saw some cool Croc sport sandals for DH on the Macy's website, but he looked at them and doesn't like them. OK, won't order them then! I also saw some Keen sandals at Marshall's for him, but I didn't buy them. I showed him the style online and he likes them, so I guess I'll go back to Marshall's after Princess wakes up. They only had one pair so hopefully they will still be there!
