DDA Chapter 9

It's nice to be back on line and chatting with you all.

I've been a bit nervous lately, as I feel like there might be something wrong with my pregnancy. I began feeling the baby move while in London. Not a lot, and not every day. When I was with my parents, the same thing. However, I haven't felt any movement since we got home Sunday night. I'm trying not to worry myself into miscarriage, but it's getting harder. Alan is not here, either. It's primary election day here, and he's covering the results. So, I'm alone, trying not to worry.

I think I'll give my doctor a call in the morning and see if I can come in. I have an appointment on the 2nd of July, but I really need to put my mind at ease about this. I guess I'm on edge because of the miscarriage last summer. I really think that would devastate me at this point.

Since it looks like I'm the only one around, I'll finish uploading my photos and work on my trip report.

Ooh tooth fairy time.

Leighanna lost one of her front teeth tonight. She is so funny! She was talking and surprising herself with how she sounded. Her new favorite word to say is Thursday! Or should I say "srursday"! I need to get a picture of her. She looks different, but still cute in a "redneck" sort of way!

I am having severe leg cramps and I am afraid to go to sleep! Must be from working out in the yard and pulling weeds on my hands and knees!

Hope you were able to get some sleep and the cramps weren't too bad.

Today my sister and I are taking the kids, all 8 of them, to the free movie. I am sure that by 11am or so I will be thinking it was a big mistake.

And I need to firm up my plans/menu for Lucy's party on Saturday. I cannot believe that with just 3 days to the party I have no idea what we are doing. What ever it ends up being will be simple and easy though.

When my mom was really ill with her cancer she had one friend that was always there for her, she was the type that never visited empty handed.

She had a really bad marriage but refused to give up, well Friday night during an argument her husband stabbed her to death.

I should have kept reading. That poor woman. That is just horrific and I can fully understand why you were upset.

I know I keep saying this, but I'm sorry I've missed replying to so many posts lately. I wish the best for everyone, I just get caught up in RL way too much.

So after the wake I came home and was cleaning the kitchen, and I through in a load of laundry. Well I ended up bailing water and plunging for almost two hours. Looks like I'll be calling the plumber tomorrow.

Oh, NO! It is never-ending, isn't it? I can hope for you that there are tree roots in your sewer system like we had earlier this year.

One of the things that tripped me up was my car. I had to trade in Ms. Blueberry.

So I'm now the proud owner of a salsa red special edition Wolfsburg. I call her Wolfie.

Having a new car is exciting... but... MS. BLUEBERRY!!! I have to get a new mental picture of you in Wolfie (until someone posts a RL one to help us along).

Little story. We were on the way to my dear niece's graduation party and I asked my DD to find a station. One word of caution. Satelite radio is uncensored. She turned to hip-hop and got the NON-radio version of some rap song! I quickly pressed the preset for radio Disney and we experimented no more...

Did anyone hear about Nickleodeon building a huge cruise ship? I suppose I could google it.

Funny, my kids told me about the new cruise ship. I haven't looked into it though as it would be blasphamy!! Congrats on the new car!!!
