Disney Cruise line called and said they have discontinued the Banana boat rides at Castaway Cay....a little bit last minute if you ask me.

We are home from the last concert of the school year We actually left a little over half way through and that was 1 1/2 hrs into it. We left after Nick's band performed. He played very well and we were very impressed. He is the best looking kid in the 6th grade if I do say so myself.

We made it over to Best Buy before they closed. I had recieved a phone call today from the service center and it turns out that they cannot get the parts needed to fix the screen on our TV. Therefore they are replacing it We decided that we should get over there today before they changed their minds So we now have a brand new tv. Of course we paid $100 for a 4 year warranty, but we hope that it's worth it. I guess all in all it is worth the 4 month ordeal. The new tv is digital ready, HD 1080 dpi etc etc. It is definitely a better tv then the one they broke.

Was that the new one that you just bought? Great job Nick!

Probably mid June through the first week of Aug. I have work commitments starting somewhere after Aug. 8, I THINK. It's hard to project over a year ahead of time. What's good for you?

Chanon - Thanks again for making the changes for me!!

We are now officially set for Sept 19-28. Free dining, moved to All-Star Music instead of Sports which I think I'll like a little better, the end of F&WF, and all but one of my ADRs found. Now to just keep calling for the last one.

Jennifer, let me know what your plans are and we'll see if we overlap. I think we're doing MNSSHP on the same night at least (Tues, right?).

Bob and I are there from September 27-October 1, so maybe we can find a time to meet too!

Anyone have a kid who is a hummer? Emma is always humming-even at Disney-in the stroller-on bus-in the room. I know when she's asleep when she's not humming anymore. She is the self proclaimed "best hummer in the family!". Of course she is-she gets the most practice. I wonder if her teacher will be calling me about it.

Abi hums when she likes what she is eating. Cassidy hums alot. We all hum some!!

Emma hums when she happy and she hums to console herself when she's a bit uncomfortable-like if she's feeling shy or something. She hums in the car which drives her sister crazy but there's no stoping her.

No. This is the 26" that used to be in our living room. We had issues with it turning itself off and it was random when it occurred. We had brought it to Best buy in late February or Early march and paid the $35 to have it diagnosed. That turned into an unauthorized repair. The estimate was for $73, the bill was for $175. Since they didn't call for authorization they had to eat the difference between the estimate and the bill. So, when I went to pick it up I noticed 2 deep scratches in the screen. The scratches were not there when it went off for repair. Best Buy determined that it happened during their shipping to and from the repair center. They said they would cover the repair costs and sent it away again. That was weeks, if not months ago. Today they finally admitted or realized That they could not get a new LCD screen for it so they had to give us a brand new one. I bet I've been in the store at least 20 times checking up on it not to mention the phone calls. The new one can be used for video games, PC screen or TV. We will put it in the camper for our vacation then it will be used in our bedroom as a combo PC screen/PS3 Screen/TV.

I'd love it! I think that we're doing Magic Kingdom on Sat with dinner at 'Ohana and then possibly a final showing of Spectro and Wishes. We'll leave sometime on Sun, I'm pushing for the 5pm or 8:30pm flights so we'll have the morning available with no real plans for the first half of the day. What are your plans for Sat and Sun?

I know Gary could not go because of work & I would feel more comfortable trying a cruise for the 1st time when friends would be there as well. I need my security blanket you know

Deb-Best Buy has always been good to us when it comes to replacing big ticket items...I am sorry it took so long to get it resolved though!!

We arrive on Saturday and are staying at the Poly. We have ADRs at CA Grill that night. I have "Jennifer" penciled in on my ADR itinerary as a possibility on Saturday afternoon or Sunday a.m. so maybe we can make this work out!
