We had our meeting tonight- the meeting was to be between our parents, the other team's parents and the 4 coaches and the organization rep, instead of the president it was the Girls County Director. Our whole team was there and from the other team there were a total of 4 parents and the 2 coaches.

We were not allowed to rehash the incident but were to listen to the code of conduct for the organization. Did it solve anything, not particularly. But Eric is still allowed to coach and that is all that matters.

Lucy seems to have come down with the girl's cold. I don't think that would be so bad except the cold seems to be in her eyes. The gunk draining from them is horrible. I see a trip to the doctor's tomorrow. She has been fussing off and on since she went to bed, hopefully she'll settle down soon.

Elin, how is your dog that was having surgery?

She is doing remarkably well, Denise. Thanks for asking. She seems back to normal to us. We will find out more tomorrow morning because she has a 10:00 appointment with the vet to have a follow-up exam and have the sutures removed.

Theresa - are you okay??? I heard a news report about a tornado touching down near Denver and immediately started to worry about you.

I was just reading that too! I hope to see a post from Theresa later that says everything is OK!

I already got it from you, a few months ago. As originally we were talking about just doing California for a bunch of days. If I get back to California I want to go back when the Holiday decorations are up.

I would like to do Disneyland on Friday May 15th, but we will probably end up going on Saturday. Friday we will do downtown Disney and maybe some other stuff. We are meeting relatives out there at some point. Probably when we do Disneyland as they live in CA but have not been for a few years.

My concern with them joining us at Disneyland is I want to see as much as possible and that may not happen. Although the park is from 8am to midnight and even if others do not want to be at the park all day I might run stay for most of that time. I know I will be too excited to sleep. I figure I can sleep on the first sea day on the ship.

I have to come up with some 50th b-day door signs for my Mom's stateroom. I also want to buy some decorations ahead of time and ask their stateroom host to put them in the room. I also have to come up with some door signs for both rooms.

Sounds like you are all set! If you get a chance, stop by the lemonade cart in Frontierland, and have a lemonade with a shot of vanilla for me, ok? That's my favorite treat!!!

That's good I think. It's too bad that the real issue couldn't have been resolved rather than skirting the issue.

Tonight's concert was wonderful! I cannot wait till tomorrow's concert too; it promises to be just as entertaining. Every single student is performing their own composition so it is doubly impressive.

Why I am up so early I do not know. I have to stop at the airport on the way to the office to buy return flight tickets but no reason why I was up before 6am, I do not know. Especially since I was up to after 1am.
