I think they may have had them Friday night when I went to check on Timon at the front desk but I didn't have your reciept with me. It is all such a blur I really don't remember. I got your bag before we went to the park Saturday morning. I tried to show them the receipt but they said "we don't need that". So I bought another when in the afternoon when I got back from the parks but that CM did mark the receipt. I spent way more than $40 at DTD but they didn't have the bag offer. Don't tell the bag police.

So we have had DVC for 24 hours and I am already a menace. I called to see if we could switch to AKV. Well, we can, but only for the last 3 days of the trip. So at this point we'll be staying in 4 different rooms. That will irritate DH. Not to mention all the money we'll be shelling out to bell services to move the bags! We are waitlisted for the other nights, but I don't know how likely that is to work. They said I can call and check daily if I want to add the days individually going backwards. We need Aug. 10-13, but if I can add starting at the 13th and working towards the 10th then I'll do that. There is actually only 1 point difference between AKV and OKW for the whole 7 night stay, so that's kind of cool! They also got our Magical Express request entered, so I guess I better not change our arrival or departure hotels!

It was kind of odd, though. The girl at MS said something about me having 9 points left. The whole week AT MOST would cost 107 points, so we would still have 53 points. I don't know if she said the wrong thing or was looking at the wrong thing or what, but we will have WAY more than 9 points left. I guess when I call tomorrow to check on AKV for Aug. 13 I will ask them to verify how many points we have in case something got screwed up.

I called to cancel my room ressie for Aug. 10-17 and he said the credit will be back in one to two BILLING CYCLES!!! Holy cow!! I kind of want that credit before two billing cycles!

Good morning, DDA!!! Day one on the job went pretty well. I rearrange the pantry during nap time so now I'm happy with the kitchen. Momboss told me to feel free to do what I want with the kitchen and I needed to see what food was there since I didn't make the menu and shopping list and need to try and make 2 weeks of meals from that stuff. The older 2 will be gone the first two weeks after they move so I'll only have the baby. During that time I have the choice of unpacking the kitchen on my own or at least labeling the cabinets, etc and deciding where I want everything stored since I'll have 90% of the kitchen use.

We're headed to the liberry today for an Eric Carle program. Terra has been looking forward to it for almost a month. Now if it could just quit pouring down rain before I have to get 3 kids into the library.

I'm behind once again as Momboss can't get decent internet at this house. Thus, I may be behind a lot for the next couple of weeks until they get to the new house.

Elizabeth - Sounds like congrats are in order for your purchase! Totally jealous, but that's really great!!

Thought I would post some pictures of our living room, it is still a work in progress. But we are getting there!

This is some of our white walls & the blue curtains before Gary painted them.

Walls are now painted, just need to get the baseboards & lay down the new flooring. This is also part of our new furniture, the humongous chair & 1/2 with ottoman.

We bought new curtains yesterday & I love them! They look so much better in person.

And this is the couch. There is a doorway here, that Gary is going to drywall & paint.

As you can tell, our cats love the new furniture

Thanks! I'll have to upload a photo of her in it. It was a woman's Nine West denim bucket hat. It looked so cute on her and gave her good sun coverage.

They always say 2 billing cycles but I always get mine back pretty quick.

Thanks-I'm happy to have him come home since I did buy 2 Timons but I'm more relieved to know that someone turned him in. I was really sad to think that someone would just take him when they would have to know that some poor kid was missing him. The CM I talked to today didn't know who Timon was so I wonder if that is what happened when I checked at the front desk and they said they didn't have him.

I just told DH we are staying in 4 different rooms. He is not pleased. But he will get over it!
And now we can keep our Boma breakfast for our departure morning, because we are back at AKV!
