They are now going to have a Leia Minnie, Vader Goofy and Stormtrooper Donald. Now I wanna go!!!

DH was just lamenting the other day that we can't go to SWW. We tried to go last year but the airfare was too high.

I am neutral on Star Wars. I don't love it, but I don't dislike it, either. I think the crowds would get on my last nerve, especially if they aren't SUPER organized. It seems like there would be great potential for chaos.

Sorry to hear this

Gary is attending a visitation tonight. One of the guys he works with lost his daughter Friday night. She was on her way home from work & crashed her car. Still not sure if she fell asleep or what, she was 20 years old :sad1:

Princess's great grandmother passed away last night so I am waiting to hear if they are going to try to go to the funeral. :guilty: Dadboss said they just got the news this morning so they are working out a plan.

How horrible! :sad2:
Momboss just phoned and she is trying to get airfare sorted out. She said the tickets are $1000 each, and Princess has to have her own seat now that she is 2. :scared: She is looking at bereavement fares, or possibly using miles. I am sure she will go, just not sure if Princess and Dadboss will go with her.

 :rotfl:

Both the boys wore green today, but like you said there will still be a lot of pinching going on

Cute outfit, Tom! DS has green striped underwear on today, but hopefully he won't be showing it to anyone! I have a feeling the kids will all be pinching each other just to be jerks. We should have looked for a green watchband or something, but I didn't think of it until we were on the way to school this morning.

Wow, I hope she can get something figured out :wizard:

But we haven't had any snow days...you all did right??

Well i woke up and theres SNOW on the ground...weather says another 5 inches will fall by noon! Of course there had to be snow when i came out here since last time was august!

you must be looking at the national weather.....it MAY spit out another 1/2 inch by noon according to all of the local stations.

I meant snow days from school. :rotfl:

Hardly any school system is even on delay.

Today is the 5 year anniversary of the Blizzard where we got 32 inches in less than 24 hours and the girls got an extra week of Spring Break...don't think that record is in jeopardy

o good to know..although i kinda wanted to stay another dya!!!

Have a good day, Tia! I hope your festivities don't get rained out!

Well, they may not be rained out, but they have been sicked out. Chase spent the night burning with fever and throwing up a few times. So, I guess we're all staying home for the day. Of course Kristi has to come over here to use my DVD recorder for school, but we'll just set up a gate or something to keep Chase and her germs in the living room and away from the other kids and toys. The kids have all been together this weekend anyway so some exposure has already happened. :confused3

Sorry you can't make it to the parade today. Hope Chase feels better soon & that no one else comes down with it :wizard:

:wizard: that the sickies go away fast for Chase and :wizard: for everyone else to stay healthy

Sure! I also got this from one of the threads here:

Crockpot Chicken & Dumplings

4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup, condensed -- (10.75 ounce)(I use the 98% fat free)
1 onion -- finely diced(I do not add onions)
1 package refrigerated biscuits -- (10 ounce) torn into pieces
baby carrots, optional

Place the chicken, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover ( I use about 2-21/2 cups). Cover the slow cooker, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High.
Tear each biscuit into 8 pieces or so. About 60 minutes before serving, put in baby carrots. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

I use more than 2 1/2 cups of water, otherwise it is just to thick. I use 1 cup & milk & about 4 cups of water. I add the carrots at the begining beings they seem to take a while to cook. Gary likes noodles so I add a few frozen egg noodles & let them cook before I add the biscuits.

This is just so easy & very good!
I think I need a crock pot!! All these dishes you guys keep posting sounds so good & not alot of work (which is perfect for me!;) )

Happy St Patrick's Day

Here I am at work wearing my Kiss Me I'm Irish necklace, shamrock earrings and a headband with dancing shamrocks. Ready for the day.!!!!
:woohoo:

Now, I'd be really impressed if you told me you had your green thong on!! :thumbsup2 ;) :)
:rolleyes1

I am so sorry, thats terrible.

How horrible! :sad2:

Hopefully she can find something thats not $1000.

Ditto!

I found a double stroller rain cover that will fit my stroller yesterday at Babies r us. So one more thing off my list

Kristine make sure Jonathan puts ice packs on the side of his mouth the teeth are pulled from. It helped me with the pain. Also taking Ibuprofen with the Vicodin or whatever pain med they give him.

Has anyone seen a car charger for laptops. My laptop battery only last 2hrs. Just thinking Jeff or I might want to watch a movie on the drive.

Ok, I ran to Barnes & Noble to get books for the kids baskets. I got Katie the last in the Clique series "Bratfast at Tiffany's. For Daniel I got the Flat Stanley gift pack. 4 books & a flat stanley..hope he is not too old for this, but he does love silly books. I got 2 Fancy Nancy books for Sophie.

I also went to Target to get supplies for our trip, zip loc bags, shampoo, deoderant, new undies for everyone (see Deb, your not the only one!:goodvibes ) & suncreen among the stuff I got. The rashguard top I wanted for Katie was not there..only size 4/5's!:headache: I'll have to try another Target I guess.
