So, has anyone ever had a bad experience freezing any kind of food?
I've been making my friend, Amy, some meals, to help her adjust to motherhood, and if Jen stays on my good side, I might make her and Kyle some dinners, too.![]()
Just wondering if there's anything I should avoid freezing that would taste terrible thawed and reheated...

Sometimes things with cream based sauces will separate and turn watery if frozen. It's kind of a toss up, though.
Lasagnas freeze well. Most soups will freeze well. Anything with potatoes, stay away from freezing. It changes their consistency and they turn all mealy and gross!
