DDA Chapter 4

I am so excited. I am sitting here in the living room on the recliner enjoying my new laptop. I could not pass up the deal to buy it :goodvibes
I will have the other computer in the kitchen to use for major things, but this I will use for DISsing, playing Pogo, and chatting with my sisters cause this one has a camera that works properly. :thumbsup2 :woohoo: :cool1:

I love having my laptop in the living room or even in the bed with my tray table like tonight! I hope yo uare feeling somewhat better, Terry. Enjoy the quiet time chatting and DISing and playing Pogo!

woo hoo 7/11 is a great birthday!!! I should know I've had it for 36 years now!!:rotfl2: I haven't gotten any vibes from you either Amy until today but I am going to wait and I'll tell you if I'm right or not.

We are underwhelmed by the AI group right now so we are sticking to Biggest Loser until it's done.

Off to bed...Abi and I seem to have the same crud and I am ready to pass out.

Hope everyone else is feeling better quickly!!

7/12 is great ask Olivia. Jen how many weeks will you be May 1st?
Night Theresa Hope you and Abi get well fast.

Karen - Lots of good thoughts for Shocker!! :wizard: Labs have lots of hip problems - maybe she has arthritis? Hopefully the meds will help!
Jennifer is at about 18 weeks, I think, and Amy is a little behind her? I could be wrong.
the vet said hips are fine spin looks good and saw no signs of authrithis(sp)

:sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: i woke up to mom calling the vet to get shocker in. she can barely and i mean barely walk. she tries to stand up and she just collapses. her back legs cant hold her weight. the vet said she is neurologically fine and he saw nothing on x-rays and felt nothing. she is my little soldier she isn't whimpering or crying. he gave us anti inflammatory and said if she isn't better in 3-5 days to call them and they would see her again. we talked to the agency i got her from and hey said maybe a chiropractor so we might see if that helps. i am just crushed. i don't wanna loose her yet and i don't want her in pain.:sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1:

I'm so sorry, Karen! Hopefully this will pass quickly and she'll be back to normal soon.

july 11 is an easy date to remember. my parents were married on the 12.

since we are talking babies. desirae(my attendant) is now think she might be having two!!! she thinks its twins because we went to the chinese gender prediction and one said girl and one said boy. then we have read if such and such is happening your having a boy if such and such happens your having a girl. i guess i am dreaming. we will see when she goes to the doc.

Have fun with your laptop! We couldn't live without ours! :goodvibes

we'll be praying for June then won't we????

Yes, please! As much as I'd like to fast forward until then, I would prefer they stay in as long as possible, until it's time to kick them out (~June 20).

Just ran out to check the lunar eclipse. Its alittle cloudy here so not the best view for it. The moon is beginning to go into our shadow (penundra) & will be at totality between 10pm & 10:51pn EST.

If you have a cloudless night where you are you can see Saturn to the moons left. we can't see it here, just the moon. The kids are so excited. The next lunar eclipse is not until December 2010.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. :goodvibes

Today, I feel like I'm almost back to the land of the living. After five days off, poor Kevin had to trudge off to work in terrible weather. I was relieved school was called off for Alyssa, giving me one more day to recoup. Unfortunately, I've been doing nothing but laundry. I had washed all the sheets before we left for my mom's, but I could still smell the sickness (gotta love heightened pregnancy senses ;) ), so I washed them all again. I still can't see my basement floor, since I'm a week behind on the regular loads. Fun, fun.

I'm looking forward to eating some real food for dinner. I'm trying out Chanon's pork tenderloin recipe. Smells yummy!

I tried my best to skim the last 60 pages, and it seems the theme has been we've all been sick! Thank goodness this is a short month, and hopefully, we will all have a much better (and warmer) March. :wizard: :wizard:

Tia, Happy Birthday to Terra! The pictures you posted were great, and that is so cool that you customized the plates and cups! Congratulations on your weight loss, too.

Denise, I certainly hope you find some answers for John's loss of taste at his next appointment!

Lots of :cool1: for all the Disney trip planning, down payments, and airfare rates! I'm living vicariously through you all since our next trip isn't until January 2009!

Which reminds me, there are only two days left to make your gender predictions for Hardman baby #3. ;)

Hope everyone is having a great day! :wave2:

I predict...a boy :goodvibes That's all we got here so I might as well go with it :lmao:

Yay!!! :yay:

Ditto!

Are you serious?! :scared: That is NOT good!

Congrats, Tia! You are doing great!!:thumbsup2

Amy, I predict the baby will be a boy. Or a girl. ;)

I think I got the Macy's thing sorted out. Apparently the online payment thing automatically sets the payment to go on the due date unless I specifically change it. That's what I get for paying bills when DS is distracting me. And the password for the store site is different than the one for the payment service. Stupid technology.:headache:

I went and had the air pressure in the tires checked because the car is pulling left. I think it is out of alignment, which will make DH really mad. I can't tell any difference since they put more air in the tires.:confused3 Then I went to early voting and stood in a REALLY long line. From there I went to the post office and stood in another line. Then I went to Marshall's to return a pair of shoes I bought for DS. From there I went to Ross (where I bought a pair of SHORTS! for DS:rotfl2: ) then to the grocery to grab some soup for lunch. Then it was time to get Princess from school.

DH just called. He is off today but he had to go in for a meeting (they do that to him ALL the time  ). They FINALLY got around to drawing for the prizes they were supposed to draw for on Super Bowl Sunday. Prompt bunch of folks, I tell ya'!
So the prizes were flat screen TVs, dSLR cameras (better than the one DH has now), a suite at a TX Rangers game, all sorts of other really good stuff. So what does DH win? A tent, a lantern and a camping grill. We HAVE a tent that nobody ever uses, we have a camping lantern, and we have 2 HUGE grills on our balcony which I am sure our neighbors just love. We need to get rid of one but DH isn't sure he can get it down the stairs by himself. Anyway, he didn't even bring the prizes home because he doesn't want them. He is hoping to get someone to trade with him, but I bet that won't happen. If the people who won the cameras don't want them they will sell them, not trade for camping equipment. I hate that DH works so hard and he always gets the short end of the stick. He got nothing at the Christmas party because they ran so LATE and so far off schedule, and now he gets nothing for busting his tail for Super Bowl. Kind of sucks.:sad2:

Chris' work used to have a picnic each year and each employee won a prize. One year Chris' name didn't get in the hat and all the prizes were gone so they gave him the hat :sad2:

the vet said hips are fine spin looks good and saw no signs of authrithis(sp)

Hopefully he's just got a virus or something that will clear quickly. You haven't mentioned any problems before now, has he been ok?

Congrats Terry!

Where's Stephanie? How has she been?

Very interesting Bernadette, thanks for posting that info. Makes me feel better about staying with Pop. I did ask about the suites this morning but they had no AP rates for my dates..only AS Sports.

I was thinking of 2 rooms at ASMu but it doesn't sound like they have those either.

I tried looking here but it is too cold to see anything!

:rotfl2:

I've PM'd Kristine. I hope to hear from her soon. I'm getting worried.

:sad2: no, they aren't... :confused3 :rotfl:

Sorry, Elin!

Maybe it is muscular, then. :confused3

We have storms moving in so I don't think we'll be able to see anything. :guilty:

Boys are good. :thumbsup2

Poor Chris! That is really crummy!

I need to go eat dinner. I have been sidetracked since I got home from work! I got the summery of charges for DS's phone and they had added a "media package"!:scared1: I don't think so!! I want all that stuff BLOCKED, not added in a package for an extra $10 per month! :headache: I called and they said they fixed it. We shall see. :rolleyes1

Amy,
I am going to say "girl".
