Me too! I was just reminiscing tonight about the POTS! Don't know that I'll be able to make it back that time of year again.

We talked about it too, but it is just not his thing. And I am not going to go alone since I would never be able to eat everything like we did in October, Lindsay!

It looks like it will just be the two of us. Kathrin got a job offer from one of the firms in Boston this weekend. She is "thinking about it" mainly because it is the firm at the bottom of her list, but they offered her everything she asked for. And we are all very hopeful that Kristin will be a gainfully employed actor (or waitress) before September rolls around.

Blackberries are great unless they are for work! Then it isn't so great! The good part is that I don't have to worry about setting it up and making sure it works. I have someone to do that for me. The problem is that it is up & working!

They are trying to get them for my section at work. I DON'T WANT ONE!!!!! I don't want to be tied to answering everyone's calls/emails. I want to get to them when I get to them.

Speaking of milestones, I just noticed that we have our first big one coming up on our new thread.

I am going to head to bed very soon too.

I notice that Lindsay has had email address problems with CRO. There are a bunch of threads about how horrible it is. I have not received anything as confirmation that I have my reservation for September. I said something to the CM last night about never getting any emails from Disney and he double checked my address and said I would receive my reservation confirmation within a couple of hours. Well... it has been over 24 hours and nothing. I give up! I will call tomorrow and ask that they snail mail me a confirmation.

Cassidy stayed home from school today...part mental health day and part just whatever we all had over the weekend. We spent a lot of the weekend in bed.....there was a malaise in my house...not sure it's completely gone and I must have stepped wrong sometime this weekend as my whole lower left side is in pain.

"Disney Magic Connection" Devices Tested at the Magic Kingdom
Select Magic Kingdom guests have been asked to test drive new interactive map software, run on Nintendo DS. Called Disney Magic Connection, the wireless device offers real-time park information, including wait times, character locations, and park routes. The GPS-enabled programming includes ride information, trivia, and games that are activated by your proximity to attractions (think Pal Mickey, just less cuddly, more tech-y). When fully functional, the program will also include information on which FASTPASS-enabled rides still have FPs available, and when the return time for the FPs is. Although there is no official release time, it's possible this system could be available to all guests by the spring of 2009.

OOOhh I wonder if we could request being in the trial. We have 3 DSs afterall. The kids would love it.

Well, since no one has asked, I'm going to tell you anyway. When I went shopping today, I bought myself a pair of lilac Mary Jane Crocs. Woohoo! I love them. I've had my eye on them for awhile at Dunham's and when I saw that we get a AAA discount at Dunham's I decided not to wait any longer. I need to break them in before our trip.

You will love them. They are super comfy

I also bought two easy sew shirt patterns and some material. I'm going to try to sew myself a couple of shirts. I got two different kinds of material.

I looked at those today, but bought a different style

You'll notice that I didn't put Alan on the list of unoblivious dads. That's because, while he's a great dad, he's clueless most of the time. He can turn their noise off, and just sit there while world war 3 rages around him. It's one of the things I hate about him. How I'd like to be able to turn it off, but I can't.

Still, he's a good daddy!

Since I only work night I stay home with the kids when they're sick. If I'm sick, Chris will take the day off and care for the kids and me too He is a super Dad and I cannot complain

Here are the patterns. For Disney, I want the short sleeve ones (not sleeveless or long sleeve).

I did buy 3 yards of this Disney fabric. I fell in love with it but don't know what I'll do with it yet. It's pink. The lady at Walmart thought it might make a good skirt.

I've seen it or a similar fabric in Red.

He is wonderful. Can you believe that in 2 weeks it will be a year that we have been dating?!

A year already. It seems much less time then that.
