Tia - I'm crossing my fingers that you will have Deva soon!

Kristine - Not too much longer, now! Jenna will be here before you know it!!!

Vicki - Sounds like you've got quite a schedule for the next 9 days! You are going to have so much fun on your trip!!!

Jen - Brutal day!!! I always hated those long days. However, I was usually able to get some papers graded and not have to bring them home. That's a plus for English teachers!

Today is the day I volunteer at the school, so I get to do that first thing. Then, I have to visit a couple of ladies from my church. Once that's over, the day is mine. Alan had to leave the house at 3:30 this morning, and he's a noisy person, so I've been awake since then. I'm hoping that Timothy will allow me a nap this afternoon!

I bought all new underware, and socks a while ago and tucked them into the back of our drawers so they wouldn't be worn beofre the trip. (also got me new bras) I also got us each a second pair of sneakers and they are now being broken in.

I start picking things up as soon as we return from the last trip I rationalize it by picking it up when it is still fresh in my mind

Good morning everyone. Still hanging in around here. Back at 10 min this morning and now more like 5, but still not strong enough to warrant the hospital. I think I'm going to go take a shower and then call the doctor about coming in for a quick check. Plus, the hospital is just 3 floors down so I'll be there if they think it's closer to time.

afternoon all,

I had an OB appt. at 7:45 this morn. so when I got home I laid down for awhile. Julia is head down right now and Sabrina is breech/Transverse. MY oB recommended I switch to 8hr shifts as soon as possible, with my history of Pre-term labor. I just realized she did not give me a note, for my boss. I will call her tomorrow from the unit and have her fax it over.

Just got a text from Tia. She went to the Dr. at 1is. They admitted her. At 334 she was 10 cm and they were calling the Dr for delivery.

Deva is here. 3:44 pm weighing 7lbs 10 oz and 19.5 inches long.

I've been pretty busy lately, I made ABC quilts for my daughters when they were babie's and one for Brandon but Aubrey still doesn't have hers so I've finally got started on it, it is going to be an ABC quilt of Disney characters, I'm on "N" right now so half of the squares are painted, I hope to have it done by Christmas, but we'll see.
