Surgery went well yesterday...I was out of it most of last night but now I feel much better. Still sore but better!

Thanks, Tia. I think I am also going to give ME one more chance to make it right. I would hate for Kathrin to be "stuck" at MCO when we have places to go and things to eat and drink!

I've about decided that the 2yo thinks that since I've seen how she acts for Mom and Dad that she can do the same here. She had been getting better lately and suddenly this week she's out of control again. She's not getting away with it, but it's still trying. Makes me wonder how she'll be after she's gone for several weeks after Deva comes. Yikes!

On a positive note, Terra just brought me a plate of cookies - arranged like Mickey, to boot! - and a cup of milk improving my morning greatly with her thoughtfulness. :

I am having the devil of a time with Magical Express.

I arrive on the 1st on a flight out of Richmond.
Kathrin arrives on the 2nd on a flight out of Boston.
Bob and Kristin arrive on the 8th on a flight out of Richmond.
We all leave on the 10th on a flight to Richmond.

Is that so complicated?!?!?
The first set of paperwork they sent us had Bob and me arriving together on the 1st and there was no paperwork at all for the girls.

I have my original paperwork that has my vouchers (and extras for Bob, but he isn't on that flight).

Bob and Kristin finally got paperwork that is right for their flight on the 8th.

Kathrin has nothing. Not a darned thing. Is she going to be able to walk off her plane and onto a DME bus?? The CM I spoke to seems to think it is easy to do, but I thought you had to have a reservation. I can send her a luggage tag. Or two. I have LOTS of luggage tags!

You are supposed to be able to use Magical Express even without a reservation. You can walk up to the ME desk at MCO with you WDW reservation number and you luggage claim checks and they will put you on a bus and retrieve you luggage. It will take longer to get your luggage than if they had pulled it straight from the plane, but it is supposed to work.

Good luck with ME, I thought you could just walk up also if you did not have a reservation like Deb said.

I called DME again and was told they will not issue her a voucher because she technically doesn't need a reservation. I am tired of spending time on it so I will let it go. She is a grown woman and can call a cab if it is going to be a time problem.

And, yes, you are supposed to be able to walk up and use DME if you have a room reservation but don't have a DME reservation, but the fine print says if there is sufficient room on the buses. Her flight gets in at 8:15 p.m. and we are going to the Finish Line Party in Epcot at 10:00. If she can really get on a bus within 30 minutes or so that is not an issue. If she has to wait an additional 30 minutes it will be cutting it close.

So it seems I have very little cervix left. Stitch is still holding, although he said it's under a lot of pressure. Doesn't shock me at all as I have been feeling this pressure for days.

She is 5lbs, 10 oz. So if I can hold on... Stitch out on the 23rd and then off to L&D as per my request....because stick a fork in me people, I'm done. The pain is getting to be just too much.

You can do it!!! I have to say that in the last day or two I've crossed the line into "very ready". Of course, that's only physically. I still need my bed(s) and diapers. The clothes however are under control, at least enough to start, so at least she won't be naked. We'll keep praying and the 23rd will be here before you know it!

Kristine, just having that stitch stretching or pulling sounds painful, I cannot imagine how much pain you must be in now. I'll pray for the best, whether that is holding out until the 23rd or having her arrive a bit sooner

I traded days with one of the girls at work so am off tomorrow and work thurs. then starting next week i am working tues, thurs and sat. Working 2 days back to back was starting to get painful with my sciatica and history of back problems. so hopefully this will be better,

Jennifer - Hope the spaced out schedule gives you some pain relief. My right hip has decided to suddenly be out of whack so the hip pain is setting in every time I get up. Oh well, I'll take a few days/weeks of that versus last time's 3 months.
