I just looked up the july and August park hours and they have changed dramatically since I made my color coded matrix of fun. I took the time to update things. Heck we can stay at the MK until 3 AM on two nights and until 2 AM one night. Do you think my kids and parents need any sleep:confused3;) I was very pleased to see that Fantasmic was being offered at 9 and 10:30 PM on 4 nights during our first week. We have to see that show.

Jen congrats on getting the braces off. Do you need retainers now?
.
Yeah, but I only have to wear them at night..i love it!
Today I ordered a 4 pack of disposable water cameras on Amazon. They were on $38, including shipping.

Thats a great deal!! What day does your cruise depart again? I know it is sometime around when I leave, i think!

We're all very excited. I'm in packing mode too. I hadn't though of disposable cameras, guess I'd better pick some up. Yesterday cruise critic had a video tour of the ship so I spent an hour "walking" around the ship. It looks so exciting. So much to do I wonder if we'll have enough time.
I saw the tour on there too! I was looking through it thinking about you guys

I just booked Chris for a skydive in Miami very early the morning that our cruise departs. This is a secret (hopefully I can keep my mouth shut :rolleyes1) It's on his bucket list and since he'll be 40 in November I want to make it happen. Nick would like to go, but you must be at least 18 to go.

I wanna go! :)

I'll have to see if there are any changes since I made mine. I really haven't been paying enough attention lately.

Theresa - sorry about the added stress that you are receiving, from halfway across the country.

Jen - we sail July 11. :woohoo: Unbelievable that your insurance covered Invisalign. That's great!

Elin - why haven't you told me how FABULOUS Short Pump Mall is???!

I ventured down there today while the kids were at theater. I mainly went just to go to Nordstrom. I had a bra fitting and came out of there with 2 different bras that I LOVE!
1.gif
The price, however, was not so lovable.

 And yes, I've been wearing the wrong size. Then I found a $50 navy short sleeved jacket on sale for $9 at Coldwater Creek. All their jackets are 50% off, even off of the sale price. The rest of the store is 25% off. I need to go over to the one here and see what they have in stock.

Glad you finally found it. We used to love to go there. First time I ever shopped at a CW Creek was there. First meal at a Firebirds was there.

:sad1: OK, now I miss having both my girls in Richmond! :rotfl2:

Good Morning All!!

Got done with VBS on Friday afternoon....we went to Toy Story 3 to celebrate (you all needed to warn me about the end with Andy and his mom:guilty:) Came home from a wonderful week to a horrible, mean letter from my grandma...that woman knows how to be downright ugly. So much so that it will be a while before any of us speak to her. I am sending a letter in response to hers.

Saturday was cleaning day...it's been awhile since I have used Clorox products...burnt nose hairs, ruined clothes...definitely buying different cleaning products. Saturday night my mom and Mark had some friends over...very nice but kind of boring.

Sunday was church and than the realization that until I get stronger and more confident on my ankle I am not going to be able to use the background pool:sad2:(really iffy, skinny stairs) and a conversation with Jim because what Grandma had written Jim had been saying/doing in other ways for years. Mark decided he needed a day off from work AWAY from the house so we went to Salisbury, MD and stayed at a Holiday Inn....

and spent Monday at Assateague Island (http://www.nps.gov/asis/index.htm)... going swimming in the ocean (kind of for me...those undertows kept throwing me...again lack of confidence in my ankle) and seeing beautiful wild horses up close and personal. Relaxing and doing nothing was just what the dr. ordered.

If I could ask a favor from somebody going to Disney soon...I got a Balzak (I think that was how it was spelled) and refills when I was there...I can't find the actual ball now. I would like to get a new one but obviously can't afford to get one in person so if I could ask one of you to look for it for me I would appreciate it.

Somewhere I missed who Mark is? I'm so glad that you are some place where you have the support that you need. It sounds like this move is definitely starting off on the right foot.

Sorry that Grandma is not making things easy from afar. :grouphug: My recommendation: do NOT read future letters if you suspect it is negative. I realize that you may need to reply for your sanity but try to take her power to hurt you away.

So cool!!! Chuck's nephew dived for his 21st birthday. The look on his face in the picture as he was diving is priceless. He had the biggest smile!!! I can't wait to hear how he likes his surprise and the dive itself. He must stop by after the trip and report himself!!

Oh, how I would love to shop at a Coldwater Creek and try on some of the different clothes. I've never been much of a catalog shopper. I am terrible about returning things. Therefore, if I end up with something that I don't like or doesn't fit, it ends up sitting in a pile until I can't send it back anymore and I have to give it to charity. It costs way too much money for me to do that! Coldwater Creek is one of a few catalogs that I've really been tempted to order from anyway.

Shop online, in the sale section. You can get some GREAT bargains. I love the fit of their clothes.

To answer your question of Mark, I believe that is Theresa's mom's DH.

I bet you are so ready! Do you guys stop in Bahamas? I was just thinking how funny it would be if we were in the same port one day
Yes we are! No Bahamas. Labadee (Haiti), Cozumel, Cayman, and Jamaica.

Have a great trip Jen.

We leave 2 weeks from today. Of course that is the start of the drive, but I still need to be ready by then. I guess I'd better start making some lists. We also have no food in the house so I should go grocery shopping today too. Work at 4:45 today. Tomorrow is a day off :cool1:

Hi Everyone, Long time no type/ chat/ post. I have read a bit here and there but life is a bit crazy. We moved to IL (just over the river from St.Louis MO) in Jan when the Air Force figured we needed a change after 15 years in the same spot.
The girls are doing well and making friends, Mark loves coming home at night and gets to leave work early on Fridays :thumbsup2, I have yet to figure out what to do (like that's anything new :lmao:).
Bethie played tball, loved it and finished her last game last Sat. Ellie auditioned and got a part in the youth chorus for The Muny's http://www.muny.org/ production of Beauty and the Beast. She is loving it. Last Friday I was able to meet Tia and Terra (my first DDA meet :thumbsup2) at the Muny before the show. It was fabulous!!!
Tia you are a very nice lady with a beautiful DD. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us. I do hope we get a chance to meet up again soon.
