
I got to my appointment at 9am. I went for a straightening & cut. Stupid me did not make the appointment with the older lady that I went to last time. I made the appointment with the young girl who cuts my kids hair. Well after 4 and a half hours
my hair looked pretty much like it did when I went in.
I was very polite but refused to pay the full amount since my hair was not straight, just less kinky. The older lady who did it last time made it perfectly straight so I know it can be done. Yes I am kicking myself not booking with her in the first place. Well they got the manager who was very nice & tried to make it right. She said I could come back within a month & they would re-do it properly with no charge. She wanted to do it right there & then but I could not stay as the kids are home soon. So now the kids are home after tomorrow for summer & I have to find a day Dana can be home so I can spend another 4 hours having it redone. I am pretty annoyed but at least they wanted to fix it..when I call to have it done again I am going to ask for the older lady & stick with her.
I'm actually surprised they could do a straightening and coloring on the same day. I've only ever been able to have one or the other at any given time as one process effects the other (or so I'm told). I hope they can fix it for you
