Good morning! Happy Spring!!! It's going to be in the 60's today, so it will be nice and sunny!!!
Jennifer - I'm keeping you and your dad in my prayers!
Deb - That virus has been going around here, too! Ick!!! Good luck with lacrosse.
Anne Marie - How fun to be able to do some garden work. Since we live at the base of a mountain, our spring is always a few weeks behind everyone else's. We won't be able to start digging and planting until late April or early May.
Terry - Sounds like you and Stephanie had a great day!
We had a fun weekend! Alan worked with a client on Friday and Saturday. This is a repeat client, and she's become like part of the family, so the kids were excited to see her. When they were done on Friday, Alan took Leslie and Mary to a daddy/daughter dance. They learned the cha cha and had ice cream sundaes. They all looked so cute! While they were gone, Katie and I went to a bridal shower. It was nice to spend some one on one time with Katie.
On Saturday, we babysat my nephew's little girl from 7:00 until 4:00. She's a cute girl, but a bit high maintenance. Thank heaven for Katie and Leslie, who kept her entertained and out of Alan's hair while he worked. I spent the day doing schoolwork.
That evening, Alan and I took the twins out for their birthday dinner. They chose the Golden Corral. It was good, but I hate eating at buffets. I always eat too much and feel sick. The twins still think it's fun eating as much as they want, and getting to choose dessert after dessert.
Yesterday was restful, with cake and ice cream to celebrate the actual day of the twins birth. Can't believe they are 8!
Today I get to go to the dentist to have a small cavity filled, and to start preliminary work on my crowns. I want to talk to him about whitening the rest of my teeth before the crowns are put on. I don't want dingy crowns to match my dingy teeth! After that I'll stop at Costco and pick up some treats for the twins birthday party at school. Then, it's home for the rest of the day. Got to study the heart today!
Have a good day, all!
