DDA Chapter 24

I was going to stay and chat a bit, but I am beat! Finished stuff for my meeting this morning and ran a couple of errands. Then it was off to Krisit's and 2 days of homework for the kids since they didn't do any yesterday, plus they were also grounded from TV, Wii and DS. Then a Scout meeting tonight and my co-chair was voiceless so I had to lead the whole thing. I felt like I was talking too much, but then I guess that's what I'm supposed to be doing there.

Now, I'm hoping for bedtime really quickly, but we'll see how that goes. Tomorrow's another busy one as I've got to do my comp shopping and Kaylin will be here too and then again Friday and spending Friday night and here Saturday. Oh yeah, and February birthdays on Sunday. Oh man! I do need to go to bed.

You know word around here is that all this cold weather has been caused by h**l freezing over when the Saints made it to the Superbowl, and it got even colder when they won.

We even have a possibility of snow tomorrow night

I am so jealous of anyone who gets to see it!!! MSEP is one of my all time favorite things in all Disney Parks! I had fingers crossed for DL this month, but knew it wouldn't show in Feb probably. Now we know more of why! I've seen rumors that it will be in DCA this fall or early next year so I'm thinking the limited engagement might be short.

The last time I saw it was in DCA when I was there for the NAMM Show. I love the music "Baroque Hoedown" and really hope I can figure out a way to see it at WDW this summer!

The snow here is absolutely gorgeous! We so rarely get it that it's a treat, and I didn't even mind driving in it as it's a lot prettier than rain. NOW, when it freezes and makes my 40 mile commute over 30 bridges slick, I won't be liking it. But right now, Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I'll just choose to enjoy those fat beautiful flakes for a few hours. For all of you with feet of it, I hope you have electricity and can stay warm.

Good morning, DDA! We didn't get too much snow yesterday, but it was enough for a snow day. Dh even decided to work from home for the day. Laura and I made cheesy potato soup and bread bowls for lunch. We didn't do anything worthwhile all day. It was a nice break.

Today is my preschool Valentines Party, and tomorrow I'm going to Miles' classroom in the afternoon for his.

I guess today will be spent digging out. Worked closed today but I doubt it will tomorrow. Hopefully, the roads will be passable. I doubt it, though.

I was laughing at my mom and Mark on Saturday because she had said it was lovely to be in Glen Burnie as there was never as much snow as here in Colorado.....it is official now....some of you have received more snow in a week than we do in an average year. They are both eating their words now.

Im so excited right now! I will be meeting soem Cowboys players here in Jersey!! When i was there for the playoffs, someone told me about this basketball game the players do in Jersey-about an hour from my house. I have been watching the website and they just put up the date! Im waiting for the list of the players that will be there and then im buying tickets..plus for an additional ticket,you can meet all of the players and get autographs--so im definitely doing that! now i just have to wait til june
