DDA Chapter 24

That's always a tough one. I would say it is definitely an easier way to go and a cost saving one. I had a friend that lived just east of campus off of Comstock and it was a good location. Most places east and north (if I'm looking at the map and remembering back 10 years well enough, seemed nicer and like decent places to live). Dotty covered the questions to ask pretty well, I think.

Also, there are a lot of people selling furniture at the end of the school year and some again at the end of the summer as they are moving out and leaving the area. Tell him to keep an eye on Craigslits and posted around campus for the opportunity to get furniture at a good price.

Good Morning,

I hope those of you in the winter storm are safe and warm.

I have the kids spending the night tonight so I need to head to the grocery store so I can feed them, Brandon will be expecting a pancake breakfast in the morning.

Party prep continues, still lots to get done though.

We are getting hit pretty hard. This is a different snow; heavy and wet. Updates of what we are having are below.

We're off to do our Give a Day project today. Our baby shower idea had to be cancelled as Disney contacted the charity two weeks before to say it wouldn't be accepted for the tickets. Lukcily, we hadn't sent the invitations out yet, though Terra still wants to do a shower for them sometime anyway. Today we're going to help assemble MS Walk packets. Should be fun!

Good morning! I think we probably have somwehre between 10-12 inches of snow so far and its still coming down! Its pretty but I am glad I dont need to be on the roads!

We have snow!!! Epic snow. Disney trip planning sit around with hot cocoa and a couple of guide books snow.

And that is just what we are going to do.

Have a great weekend DDA. The girls are still asleep. (My DGD's cheer competition was cancelled.) I hope they can reschedule because it was their bid to Nationals. And during Nationals is when my DGS and I are going to Disney. It will really suck if they don't go to Nationals and my DGS and I are at Disney and they have nothing to do.

Wow Those are the storms that we usually get This has been such an odd winter for the entire country. If it wasn't cold enough to make snow, our mountains would have no skiing by now. Strange...very strange. Keep warm and don't overdue with shovelling.

Hi everyone. I survived a day of working in 2 feet of snow. Luckily people were staying off of the roads. The snow here is unbelievable. The biggest problems it is creating, as you can see by Elin's poor pine trees, is downed trees and power lines. I've spoken to a few people who haven't had power since 8PM yesterday. They are cold! I'm sure we will get slammed with accidents tomorrow as people start venturing out.

OMG when he showed me how easy it was to start the darn thing up, I felt like an idiot. I knew I had bought a really good machine, my goodness the darn thing is self-propelled. All you do is press the lever and the machine just moves. We had my driveway done in an hour.
