And no, I haven't even thought about packing.

Know how some people complain that Christmas starts to early? well the day after Christmas and Walmart had Valentines stuff out.
So the next time someone complains about Christmas I am telling them to shut up.

Debbie, I hope you feel better soon!

Tammi, you are lucky Christmas is over. NOT PACKED?? VERY NAUGHTY!! :sad2: You better hope Santa hasn't started keeping track for next year yet!

Good morning. :)

I think today is a Princess and the Frog day. :thumbsup2

We saw it yesterday...it was awesome! Have fun!

Good morning, DDA! :wave2:

Debbie, I hope you're feeling better! I'm finally breaking down and going to my doctor since my sinus issues have definitely turned into an infection, as well.

I knew we could connect to the internet with the Wii, but I want a bowling tournament or whatever tournament. I want to be able to play against Vicki and Tammi and Chuck. It would be a hoot. I didn't see how we could do that.

If you figure it out, count me in!

I have a dumb question for you guys...i have a feeling its an easy answer but i cant figure it out..I have a picture saved on my computer and I need it for another website but it says my photo is too large and needs to be less than 700 kB in size...Im sure there is an easy way to do this but i cant figure it out...can anyone help? Thanks :)

Can you save it to the web?

Debbie hope you are feeling better soon :wizard:

Tammi have fun at the movies!

Terry congratulations to your son!

Good morning, everyone! Thanks for the replies for Katie. I got her our heating pad, and within 20 minutes, she was back to normal. I think that I'll get her some Midol for the next time. My niece was able to talk to her about the whole thing and how to handle it at school, while we were over there last night, and that really made Katie feel better. Apparently, a 17 year old is much cooler to talk to about this stuff than a mom!

Today, we have a wedding to go to. My cousins son is getting married. He is really special to us. When we went to London, he basically acted as our tour guide, and made sure that Marina and Katie had a special time! We're so thrilled that he's met a wonderful girl, and they are making it permanent!

After the wedding, we are taking my dad for his first trip to IKEA! I think he's more excited about that! It should be fun! We want to look for some nice frames for some of the pictures we've got for dad.

Tonight, we are going to the wedding reception for about an hour, and then hurrying to Alan's sisters house. She has "found" several "lost" cousins on their mom's side of the family on facebook. We are having a mini reunion tonight. I hope it's fun. That side of Alan's family is a little bit crazy, and not in a good way. Keep your fingers crossed.

Well, I've got to go make sure Alan gets in the shower. Have a great day!

Have fun today, Glynis. I'm glad to hear that Katie is feeling much better today, physically and emotionally. You have a young woman on your hands!

I can't believe both my kids are still sleeping. Nicholas is usually a 7am riser. Long weekend with their dad, I guess.

So, my youngest son Steve is getting married on Jan 9 and he wanted my input on a song for us to dance to. Of course the first thing that pops into my mind is that it has to be a Disney song. Hard to figure out which one would work.

Then the song by Pearl Bailey from The Fox and the Hound.,,,,,pops into my head

The Best of Friends

but while looking on a few websites, I found this one. Get out your hankies

That is perfect  You'd better tuck some hankies in your dress though;)

Good Morning,

I've recently discovered that TMJ and sinus infections are definitely not a good mix, I hope darvicet can help me make it through today, there's no way I can call in or else I definitely would.

:hug:Oh No I hope the meds work quickly :wizard:

We saw it yesterday...it was awesome! Have fun!

I hope you can get some med and feel better soon too :wizard:

I've had this cold for 2 weeks now and it seems that I feel better one day then crappy the next :confused3 I wish it would go away. In any event I need to get moving, Hunter has a doctor's appointment this morning so I need to get him and myself ready.

love it

Terry congrats to Steve. Can't listen to the song, I cry at the drop of a hat, was watching an esposide of M*A*S*H last night and started crying.

I am always crying. The hat just has to start falling and I am crying. There are some commercials that get to me!!! Yeah lots of tears are gonna be happening.

Hunter's appoint went well. He is doing so well in fact that she doesn't need to see him again until his next MRI which will be sometime 3 - 6 months from now. She is going to confer with another doctor on the timing and whether or not he needs the contrast. The contrast requires the IV which is what freaks him out, if no contrast is required he will willing go to the MRI. The doctor said she wouldn't have know he had just had surgery if she hadn't done it herself :goodvibes The scar is healing really well and his hair is already totally covering it.

:wave2: Hi, DDA! :teeth:

We are home. We actually got home last night. Powered through and did the drive all in one day. We had a great time, I got to see lots of friends, including Anne Marie, Dana and the kids (VERY briefly while I was in line for CP) and spend special time with the girls. I also got to miss every last flake of snow here at home. I saw that Tammi posted pictures. Bob measured in our back yard and we had 22 inches when all was said and done. I only had to see the plow remnants which pleased me greatly!!

Christmas is over, but the feeling is still here, isn't it? I missed you all, talked about you incessantly and have read the entire thread that I missed. I am glad some of you are feeling better, hope those of you who are still sick get better soon. I enjoyed reading about your Christmases too. More to come later, but I wanted to wish everyone a very happy holiday season. Off to open all the Christmas cards you sent!! :goodvibes

Well the Dr. office just called they had did Strep test on both girls yesterday. Olivias at the office was positive. Virginias was negative. But the rapid strep test takes 24 hrs. Well they were calling me to say Virginia's Rapid test was Positive. So I will get to fight a 2yr old to give meds to twice a day for the nect 10 days. Joy Not!
