Jen - Are you done packing yet? What kind of excursions are you planning.

All done packing! Except for some last minute stuff and my dresses.
We have 2 excursions picked..we are doing the beach break in Samana--Ive seen pictures and it looks absolutely beautiful.
We are going parasailing in Labadee (their private island)
I think we may go to the Bacardi factory in San Juan--We wanted to go ziplining but the times dont work out for us.
In St thomas, i think we are doing a scenic tour of the island, stopping at some photo spots..so we will see when we get there for sure!

We had a nice "family date" tonight, as Terra was calling it. Phil, Terra and I went to Cheeburger Cheeburger for dinner and had a nice time together. Terra was so excited about it! About an hour before we left she came in to ask me how I liked her "marker makeup." Yes, that is just what you imagine. She creates makeup with her washable markers from time to time. She told me this time, though, that she was trying to make it look more like "real makeup". She put it on and then washed is off some right away. It faded the color and other than the misplaced "blush" on one cheek, did really look a lot more like makeup than the picture some of you may have seen on Facebook a few weeks ago. She also wanted to choose a dress to wear, accessorized with some jewelry and a purse. We had to stop by to borrow some fancier shoes from Kassie as her one pair of dress shoes were too small.

I decided I had better change before we left so that I was dressed befitting such a fancy dinner partner. It was really sweet, especially since the waitress and the restaurant owner both complimented her on how pretty and fancy she looked. I did tell Rachel I felt more like we should have been going to The Melting Pot, Cheesecake Factory or something a little nicer with Terra dressed up so much. It made her day though so who was I to argue!

Is anyone an Excel genius? Or even just really good? Can you point me to an easy tutorial on how to do things like add across multiple worksheets? Or how to do something like pulling a number from square D5 on worksheet 4 and have it fill in spot C10 on worksheet 8, for example? Thanks!

Since Stephanie and I are going to do the Christmas Party the Thursday we get back from the cruise, we are going to the Candlelight processional that Friday night Dec 11. We want to see Andy Garcia. I sure would love to see Whoopie as well but it is not in the cards.

really easy

with the curser in cell where you want the formula to be put in the "=" then just click on the tab for the other worksheet and select the cell you want in the formula.....if you want to add something from another worksheet jut put in the "+" then select the tab for the new worksheet.

Thanks, Bernadette! Just knowing how to do that will help me accomplish something I've been trying to figure out how to do without paying. Perfect! Thank you so so much! Guess I know what I'm working on tomorrow. Okay, maybe not tomorrow as we've got Kids Club, then park group, then I've got to get my work in sometime plus a trip to the Girl Scout Shop and the library, but soon! Wooho!

(We're not even going to get into wondering why I had never figured that out on my own. )
