Janet, I hope you have a great trip! :wizard: that Gary is feeling better in the morning!

Terry, lots of    I know how heartbroken you feel!

Anne-Marie, I was hoping for a picture of the 1/2 eyebrow. ;)

Theresa, sending a ton of prayers your way for your interviews!

Elizabeth, I hope your eye is feeling better ASAP!

Beth, I hope you can kick your bug and lots of :wizard: for the sick DDA kiddos, too!

Alyssa and I went to her kindergarten registration meeting tonight. She's going to go to one of the elementary schools in the district I taught in for nine years. Unless the Governor of Ohio gets his way, she's just going to do half-days. Being inside her classroom made me miss teaching, just a little. ;)

Have a great night, everyone! I have a lot to get accomplished before we hit the road on Thursday! :wave2:

I've got my Dad on deck for babysitting tomorrow. He has to drive someone to the airport for a 6 AM flight, but he should be home around 8 so Chris can stay home with whoever is still sick until Dad can get here. Maybe we won't need him, but it is better to have a plan in place. Hunter would be fine here alone again, but we wouldn't even consider leaving Colby home alone or with his big brother.

Hal and I just got back from the vet. Guenna saw Cobain this morning and said her goodbyes. She said she wanted him to be happy in kitty heaven with his brother Gilmour. We have always had to give him a valium before a vet visit. I was able to get two down him and he didn't meow, didnt fight when I put him in the carrier and didnt hiss at the vet. He knew it was time. :sad1:

He would have been 15 this April. I told the other cats they have to pass on in their sleep cause I cant go thru this again. They are all almost 15 except Josie who is 9mos younger. It will be a few rough days but we will be fine.
I'm so sorry.

Bernadette - good luck with PhotoPass and the BoD!
Thanks but I don't get to go to the BoD meeting in the FL Keys I just have to prepare a bunch of stuff for it. The VP's all fly out tomorrow but that won't keep them from calling or emailing for more information as they think of more stuff.

Gary could use some :wizard: , he is coming down with a head cold :sad2: He is in bed right now trying to sweat it out(those are his words). Hopefully it will not turn into anything bad!
:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: Hope he can kick this thing quick!:wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

I am headed to bed--Im going to work early tomorrow to get some stuff done because i am leaving as soon as the day is done! Our friend from the cruise ship is in the area and we have dinner plans! Im so excited!

Well Colby is in bed and Hunter is not far behind. Chris went to the gym since 2 of us weren't feeling well he decided not to take the other 2 swimming so he waited for Colby to go to sleep to keep the peace. Hopefully I can get my workout in tomorrow after work.

My boss approached me again today and has offered (with prior approval) me the programs coordinator position for the water activities. I would be responsible for setting up and maintaining the swim lesson program. I would get a $2 raise, but only for the hours that I am doing that position. Lifeguard pay would remain the same. I'm reading through the new program materials. It is very different than the American Red Cross program that I've taught before. I think once I see the program demonstrated I will be able to do it :thumbsup2

Congrats on the new position! THat sounds great. I hope that Hunter is feeling better by morning and no one else joins him. :wizard:

:dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Gary told me last night that he is even getting a little excited & that means a lot beings he is not a fan like me!

Have a great time, Janet!!! Lots of :wizard: that Gary's cold clears right out of there!

I can't get in to see the Dr. until tomorrow morning because she's not in today. :headache: The other thing that kind of chaps me is that they have a Dr. who specializes in styes (that I am going to see in the morning) and this is the first I have heard of her! I specifically told the eye Dr. that I have trouble with styes and he just shrugged it off. He never said there is another Dr. who specializes in treating them.

So today I get to suffer. I took an Advil so it isn't quite as sore, but it is 10 out of 10 on the annoyance scale!

Dang it! Well, I'm glad you'll at least get in tomorrow and with a specialist. Hope she can help you and quickly!

We had a fun today spending some time at the Science Center with Wendy, Michael and Danae. They are in town for some follow up doctor appts and all are going well so far. Michael's been cleared totally by another doctor which is always good. There are still a few that need to see him every 6 months or so, but each trip and least one says they don't need to see him anymore.

Other than that, it's been a pretty quiet week. Friday is looking to be around 70 (thanks for sending it our way Glynis and Theresa) so I think we're heading to the zoo then. I won't have the baby that day so it will be nice to get out with just Terra.

For now though, I think I'm going to take my book and head to bed. Night all.

Janet - I hope Gary is feeling better today, and that you both have a wonderful trip!

Elizabeth - good luck at the eye doctor today.

Good morning. :)

Today starts our warm-up!

Janet I hope Gary is much better this morning. Beth and Laura that goes for you too :wizard:

Hunter seems to be sleeping well, but Colby is awfully congested and had a restless night. I suspect that he will stay home today. I won't know about Hunter until I wake him up in a half hour. Hopefully he will feel up to going to school, but I'm not holding my breath

Janet, I hope Gary is feeling better this morning and the two of you have a wonderful trip.

Thank you all for the PD for Gary! He is still asleep, but hopefully will feel much better when I wake him up.

WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY TODAY! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:
