Chris and I exchanged cards. They were very different styles, but the wording was very similar :rotfl: Apparently we can finish each others thoughts now:love:

Thank you all for the posting party:lovestruc ....I am off to watch Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds and my favorite Donald O'Conner:goodvibes

I'm sorry Elin. I think you have a right to be annoyed with them.

I have a funfetti cake here that I whipped up today. Should I run a slice over to you? :)

I will take a slice too please :flower3:

I made hot pastrami sandwiches for dinner. Then the kids had some Valentine's Cake. I had a small piece too :rolleyes1 I knew that we were going to the Aquatics Center so I thought it would be okay. The kids swam, I did a quick set of weight training (my arm muscles trembled for almost an hour afterwards), Chris did spinning. Everyone got exercise. Now we are all just couch potatoes :rotfl:

There is room in the lifeguard course so I will be taking that next Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. It sounds a lot easier than when I took it 25 years ago :upsidedow

Sounds like a good evening, Deb and congrats on getting into the lifeguard course! :)

Sounds like a fun night around here. Just like old times. :goodvibes:

Today was very productive for me. Alyssa decided that she didn't want to shop. Instead she wanted to come home and play, and do manicutes. So I painted her nails and toes. After we picked Nicholas up they played outside all afternoon. I think the temps around here were in the low 50s. I got 3 load of laundry done, a cake baked, dinner cooked, and a general tidying of the house done. My kitchen looked like a tornado went through it. I can't stand clutter, so I tried to get rid of a bunch of that stuff. We rented Madagascar 2 and watched that tonight. I was hoping for Space Buddies but it wasn't available. I think I may take the kids to see Coraline tomorrow. It's gotten great reviews.

I am very impressed. What else do you like of his?

Well, it is their only wine available for sale right now, but I have had their Papillon in the past. It was also very good.

I also got this today:

along with chocolate covered cherries and chocolate covered strawberries.

Elin, that looks delish!

I can't believe you are nice enough to share with Kristin after she ditched you today. And on VD day! Shame on her! ;)

I think this whole thing is just so sweet, Janet. Should I remind you that Bob and I had our first date at his senior prom?

Well lets see if they are still together for senior prom ;)

I just look at him & can't believe my little boy is not so little anymore.
