Janet -- Garrett is soooo handsome!

Elin -- a wine float -- sounds like it's worth a try. Randy and I are drinking a bottle of red blends called The Prisoner. It is really good!

Elizabeth -- cereal for dinner? I guess you wouldn't be interested in hearing about the yummy filet with sauteed mushrooms and grilled zuch and squash I just ate?

I hope everyone is having a great V-day. I love the e-mails from Robyn and Heidi, and all the pics/sentiments posted.

I had to work for a while today, did a little errand running and waited an hour for Andrew at a movie theater so I could take him home. Randy had driven hi 40+ miles so he could meet two friends that are girls and see a movie -- a chick flick at that. I again wish I would hit the lottery and could have an apartment in Dallas...

Kristine - There is never such thing as too much cake.

Marci - It has been a weird day around here. The cereal wasn't really a big deal. I thought about having Tostitos and guacamole, but I decided the cereal would be better. Did you go out or cook dinner at home?

Randy does not go out for v-day -- says it's too crowded, which is fine with me. I'm tired after working. He picked up filet's at Central Market yesterday. He sauteed mushrooms with butter and red wine, and grilled zuchhini and squash. I am full, but very happy. Is it from the food or wine -- I think both!

We worked in the yard today, getting it ready for our garden. also our new neighbors cut down a couple of oaks and they let us have the wood. o Jeff and my DB cut up the trees for the bar b cue pit.

We are trying to decide what to have for dinner. DH doesn't feel like cooking pork chops, and it is cold outside so he doesn't want to grill. Apparently we are talking about soup & sandwiches. Yuck.

We had pork chops! New recipe. They got a thumbs up from everyone.

Robyn - I am glad you got some "me" time today!

Janet - I just fixed Tyson Pot Roast in a bag and Bob Evans mashed potatoes in a plastic tray for myself for dinner. I am not a happy camper. I think having salad with someone I like right now would have been preferable than pot roast and mashed potatoes in the same building with two people I am not particularly happy with at the moment. Enjoy your evening!

Alyssa said she saw you today when we drove by the studio. She said you were walking in the door and you had on a red sweater. Was she right?
