Just wait until she hits her big growth spurt. Nick put on 4 pair of jeans yesterday before we found a pair that weren't high waters and he had just got some of them at Christmas and they were fine then :scared: He needs a 30 length now so I need to buy them in the mens dept. I need to check the clearance racks before everything is gone.

We noticed that. We just really need to decide which park we will get too first. If we buy the cheaper passes, but can't get there first then we're out of luck.

doh I forgot that. as luckily the closer one to us was cheaper and we went to the Christmas deal they had in 08 because we bought our season pas early and got in free for that.

I am freaking out :scared: Craig went from not wanting to go to WDW to now wanting to go in March! :scared1: We're already in the 90 day window, it's too close for my planning. LOL We need to wait for our tax return so we won't be able to book till we get that back, so that will put us about 4-5 weeks out from the actual vacation. :scared1:

Kelli how exciting/scary have fun

Deb,

Around here the Giant food stores sell the Hershey Park tickets at a discounted price. we will too starting some time in May. The price is pretty much the same. We won't know the prices until then when we actually can order them. We just get the single price tickets, no group or any kind of special that the park sometimes offers. Right now I cannot even think of the difference between regular price and the discount price. My mind is not in that mode yet!!! :lmao: I actually hate selling the tickets. We get the dumbest questions sometimes.

okay prayers needed for a co-workers children and grand children as a co-worker passed away yesterday and one of her kids found her in her bed. It was an emotional ending to a stressful day yesterday at work.

SIL just called and now they are thinking of going to Point Sebago Maine instead Of Pennsylvania. When I told them my estimated costs of the week they started rethinking it too. Between the Race, at least 2 campgrounds, Hershey Park tickets and misc other costs, not to mention fuel I really think I could do WDW cheaper (well maybe not with tickets, but it would be pretty close.

Point Sebao is a very nice campground/resort with daily activities arranged by ages as well as free childrens club with activities so that parents can catch a show etc. I'll have to talk to Chris about it as it would be at least a third less expensive then Pennsylvania. The question is what I will be able to take for vacation time when I start at the aquatic center :confused3 Maybe we should plan something then just tell them I'll be gone for whichever week. Heck I don't even know when I would get trained or anything at this point.

My SIL still does a lot of the cooking for the family. I've mentioned before that she's a SAHM. When she and my brother moved out of my parents' house (they had been staying there while they found a house -- they had previously lived in Tyler, Texas) my Mom told her that they'd pay for the groceries if SIL continued cooking. So, she gets free groceries and people to help clean-up, and we get home-cooked food from 1 to 5 times a week, depending on all of our schedules. She normally has two dishes, and one will be lower in fat. Ex. -- chicken and beef, salmon patties fried and baked etc. Whenever one of us does WW, she will cook WW recipes as the lower fat thing, so I always look for recipes for her and buy cookbooks. It works out great for us, and she likes to eat healthier and enjoys the dishes.

What a wonderful arrangement for all of you! A personal chef!! :goodvibes

Hope Jake continues to improve and you all get healthy very soon.

I need to lose 3 lbs this week to make my personal goal for the month. I'm not sure if I can do it in 3 days :scared: I think I might have to...gasp...exercise

Kelli - You have plenty of time to plan! Are TS restaurants important to you all or would CS do just fine?

Thanks Elin.

We really had a fantastic time. I posted a few more pictures on my Facebook as well.

The story about the jumpsuit. Hal's dad had a business for about 28 years. It was called B & H Pizza. They did retail sales, school lunches and even some nursing homes. At one point, the government cheese stopped and then Opa tried to branch out and even hired a consultant. Unfortunately some of the sales people left cause they didn't want to work harder and things fell thru and Opa had to sell. The new owner didn't try either so it stopped all together. The jumpsuit as far as we can figure out was probably Brad's because he was the only one who would fit into it. So Howie came out modeling it for Oma and Opa last night. It was a riot. :lmao:

Jennifer, good thoughts for the co-workers family.

Jennifer - Good thoughts for the family of your co-worker, and for all of you who knew her! :grouphug:

Deb - Glad you all had fun!

Terry - Looks like you all had a lovely party! :goodvibes
