I'm trying to put together all of the camera gear for the boys. I bought various accessories from many stores and now I need to try to make each boys box equal Of course some things I only thought I bought and others I had hid well...from myself I think I've found it all now so I'm putting it together will I can.

We left my parents' house yesterday, and my almost 3-year old nephew was vomiting. Miles didn't go to school today, because he has had to make frequent bathroom runs (though he feels ok).

My mom and Diva got home safely. Mom called DS about 5 PM yesterday to tell him they were home. She said Diva was sick Saturday night, but since we all ate exactly the same thing and nobody else was sick I can't imagine it was the food. I hope Mom doesn't get sick. It would be really bad for her to have a virus incubating and then get that huge blast of chemo.

Princess helped decorate for Christmas over the weekend. They have their tree up and little decorations around the house. Last year they were gone for Christmas so they didn't have a tree.

I told DH last night that I want to get rid of our cocktail table and buy 2 end tables instead. You would have thought I said I want to fly to the moon in a bathtub. He threw a fit and said what we need to do is move to a bigger place. What? Our lease isn't up until next summer. We would have a lot more room if we had end tables. He is just mad because he likes to pile his crap on the cocktail table AND he has more crap thrown in a pile in the corner where 1 end table would need to go. It really is a pile of crap. It is miscellaneous camera bags and fishing tackle bags and boxes that he can't fit anywhere else. So he decided to toss them in the corner on the far end of the couch where they aren't visible.

If I buy one of those CD tower things there would be room in the entertainment center for the photo albums that are on the cocktail table now. It would make the living room seem much bigger to get the table out of there. So we shall see. I want all new furniture but the stupid cat will shred it, so that will have to wait.

I need for the week ahead. Can't go into details at this time but this is going to be a rough week at work. I'll share details later. I'm ok and all our jobs are safe (to the best of my knowledge). It is nothing like that but I can't say more at this time.

Please send a little PD our way.... Kyle's sister and her boyfriend had a nasty bug this weekend, but my husband thought it wouldn't be a big deal to hang around. And his mother thought it wouldn't be a big deal for them all to hang out with us, no Lysol, sharing blankets and couches and toys, etc. Now Kyle, who has been sick once in the 6 years I've known him, has the bug.

I am worried that the girls will get it. It's nasty enough that adults are in the hospital getting IV fluids. They've also already been sick enough that I was thinking about taking them in (ears, etc) .... so I know their tiny, fragile immune systems aren't even what they should be.

I'm furious with him for 'making' us stay.

I'm LIVID with his family, headed by a nurse, for not being smarter about this.

And I'm most angry with myself for not just saying, "WE ARE LEAVING," like I desperately wanted to. Kelly and Justin didn't hold the girls (in fact they went to his house eventually), but I wanted to just go. I KNEW we should have gone

oh, I hate when that happens. that Kyle doesn't get too sick and that the girls don't get it.

Theresa I thought of you this morning when the Today show was discussing how the economy is effecting marriages. It appears that more couples are feeling forced to stay together because they can't afford to get a divorce. Divorce rates have fallen 17% recently. They interviewed a couple that were living in the same house, in separate bedrooms. They desparately want to be divorced, but their house isn't worth what is was when they bought it, his job as a construction worker isn't making nearly as much money and neither can afford to maintain separate residences.

So I woke up with the start of a migraine this morning...so I turned over and fell back asleep. Now it's time to start finding that job God has out there for me!!

I'm off to take Hunter to the doctors for his headaches. Of course I feel like I'm coming down with something. I just started feeling jittery and achy Sickies be gone.

My uncle passed early this morning. I want to thank you all for the hugs over the time that he became ill.
