Well we don't have date's but I have started booking ADR's late February. Any recomendations?

I got Cinderalla's royal table and I'm hoping there's a Princess/Pirate Party.

Light therapy mimics outdoor light and causes a biochemical change in your brain that lifts your mood, relieving symptoms of seasonal affective disorder. In light therapy, you sit a few feet from a specialized light therapy box so that you're exposed to very bright light. Light therapy is generally easy to use and has relatively few side effects.

The theory being that the lack of light in the winter causes the major blahs for some folks....

I have tried a lite box in the past...it did work for me....but don't over use it because it can make you jittery....

Explain more please. I get very blah in the winter.

So did all off you with an AP receive the email with a pin code for Nov. dates for $49 a night at the values? Also being able to shop early at World of Disney & buying some merchandise at 35% off on select dates.

To bad I can't take advantage of it :sad2:

who else will listen to my warped sense of humor :goodvibes

:rotfl2: I have really missed you, Kristine.

never over spring break.....christmas was a mad house I thought....but we had a good week prior to xmas where it wasn't too bad. I may book it so at least I would have it

have you been there over Spring Break? Christmas? comparable...

I need to ask prayers for our friend Dylan (I've posted pictures of him here...he's our long haired friend who is the same age as Abi)

Dylan broke his collar bone the same week that Abi broke her arm back in 1st grade. Well.....he broke it again this week only worse. He may need to have surgery to pin it and he has probably also seperated his shoulder in the accident. Dixie (his mom) is a paranoid parent...not helicopter just paranoid and is now more scared to send him to school. I love Dixie but I did have to tell her I know she is paranoid and I've known for a long time.

Good thoughts for Dylan! :wizard:
Are you implying that being a paranoid and/or helicopter parent is in some way undesirable? Just curious. ;)

Sorry, no suggestions! DS will be 13 in January so we are moving towards mostly signature dining. We do LOVE an 8 AM breakfast at the Crystal Palace, though.
Mac, you guys are more than welcome to join us for lunch and/or the Arboretum on Saturday if you are available. :)

Our APs expired. Apparently they are aware of that. :rolleyes1

Yeah. We like warped.

If you think you want to go you might as well book it. The year DH thought he MIGHT be off at Thanksgiving the airfare was INSANE. I think it would be a great week to go. Yes, crowded, but when is it NOT crowded?

I am still on the fence about dates for next December. It kind of depends on whether or not DH takes actual vacation time or if he just lines up his off days to be Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon. Plus my bosses might go. Plus the breast cancer survivors want to do a meet but they haven't picked a week. It would be great for DS not to miss school, but I think those dates will be blacked out for DH. Then we would also get that stupid holiday dining upcharge on the buffets. Of course we could avoid buffets and be done with it.

Yep, I got it.

If I had valid APs the $49 room combined with $200ish airfare would force me to consider a November trip. But then again, I am working a bunch of overtime in November because Momboss has to go to the UK so it would be really hard for me to find dates I could actually travel. Unless I took Princess with me. :rolleyes1

I'm not saying that paranoid or a little helicoptering (hey, I've been seen as a helicopter before) isn't undesirable....it's when it's taken to the nth degree. Poor Dixie is making herself and Dylan sick with the advance paranoia and worry.

This is what bothers me, why would it make you jittery?

Oh I am fine with any type of dining, just wondering what others like.

Thanks for the invite we live right down the street from there and have free tickets, but that is Mya's Carnival Day at Stonwall Jackson. We will take a rain check, ok?

Thanks Kristine.

Thats all I need, to become more jittery. I think it would push John over the edge.

for you Elizabeth....

Those are perfect. Chris has uniform t-shirts, over shirts, pants and jackets, but no socks  I was wearing one of his t-shirts to clean the house the other day and somehow he found an oversized, stretched and torn black t-shirt to be very sexy :confused3 I really couldn't see it :lmao:

anyone have any thoughts about how incredibly crowded WDW is over Thanksgiving week? I am pondering it for next year. Jackie being is high school is really going to cramp my style

We did the week of thansgiving along with the week after Thanksgiving back in 2001. The week of Thanksgiving was super busy, think Christmas or Easter week. The following week was walk on. If it was the only time I could go I would, but it will certainly be busy.

We are off. Nick has a dermatologist appointment at 5 PM. We've been waiting for this one. It will be interesting to see how we proceed. Chris and I had pretty several acne so we are trying to nip his in the bud. From their I'm getting my haircut. Then I need to run a couple of quick errands. Tomorrow I need to help in Colby's art class, clean the house, last minute packing, do my nails. Man that is seems long, but there isn't anything that I can do early. I'm sure my nails wouldn't survive the clay in art class :scared:

Mac---that is great.

Cape May Breakfast?? Donald is there now besides Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale

Tusker House??

I read a thread on the Dis where a bunch of ladies were raving about peppermint mocha coffee mate.....I bought some today and HATED IT. I am so disappointed....I didn't realize there was sugar in it. I never put sugar in my coffee...so the first sip was a shocker
