okay you all will have to wait. for pics as I need a nap. I am not sure if I am getting what the girls had or if it is a severe case of allergies. I started getting a sore throat yesterday at work. Today it feels like its on fire when I swallow, coughing and runny nose. low grade temp. so much fun. I am debating calling my Dr.

I started with the kiddies first, then on to mom and Dawn.
John and I usually don't buy for each other, as if there is something we want through out the year we just buy it.

The tree will go up Thanksgiving night, but I am breaking out the Christmas Cd's this weekend.

I love Christmas but I'm not ready to hear Christmas music yet

Speaking of gifts, remember when I asked about getting make-up for kids? Well my cousin got back to me about the oldest, it seems she is now interested in learning magic, so I got her a 150 piece magic set.

As for the youngest, after hearing from you guys, I went ahead an got a bunch of play make-up and a little metal tin/purse for her to put it in.

For those of you (like me) who think the furniture in the BLT rooms is ugly, don't shop for furniture ay Macy's! Princess and I walked through on our way to the elevator yesterday and it is AWFUL! Leather (or vinyl?) furniture in orange, turquoise, etc. It is really, really ugly. We have to choose carefully because of Arabella Razor Claws, but over half of the selection was so hideous it didn't matter if it could withstand being clawed or not!

Home from the doctor. I have pneumonia. Got a shot of Rocephin and major antibiotics. If it weren't my grandmother's funeral, we'd be staying home. Taking the kids at 1:40pm today. BK sounds bad too. We leave tomorrow am.

So I have a wedding question for you guys! Our "guest book" is actually two framed matte's. We have guests that responded no to the reception but put on the response card "we'll see you at the wedding". Should I bring the framed matte's to the church to get some people to sign the mattes before the reception time? Or should I just wait and just have them do it at the reception? I do have someone to take them to the reception site after church...and I do have someone watching the framed matte table to have people sign it...
Suggestions?

If it were me, I would just take them to the reception.

I would have them at both.

I would take them to both. Around here, people know to go sign the book before the wedding, so they would be looking for it. Unless you put the matte's where people have to trip over them going in to the reception hall, I'm afraid they'd miss them or forget to go over to them. Since you have someone to help, I would do both places to get the most signatures.

Robyn - What time do you want to do brunch? Are you staying with Joe or in a hotel? Does Joe live in Oak Lawn? We are trying to sort out the logistics of Saturday! What do you want to do after brunch? What time is Joe's work thing Saturday night? I am a nosey thing, aren't I?

Inquiring minds want to know.. You're not nosey -- just trying to COORDINATE!
