SO....today is ridiculous...it started this morning. Cassidy woke up yelling at me because I was getting her up on time!! Then on the way to work I realized I haven't seen the mail in registration papers for Cassidy that are more than likely overdue!!

then it hit me that as food mom there are 2 meals that I have to feed the kids....next week!!

and I get to go get my teeth pulled tonight on top of that

add to that some fun work stuff

and I am so surprised I am not wrapped up in the fetal position.

hey guys--i was just on the community board and saw a post about Orbitz giving away a trip to Florida...
Apparently , you get someone to refer you and you get an email to board the plane--the first plane that gets 300 people on it wins a trip. Right now, the plane from this post is in 14th place out of 600 or something like that.
So if you want to enter the contest, just post on this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1903181
that you need a referral and someone will PM you. Then you will get an email to board the plane..once you do, you can refer two people..i joined so we'll see---just like to keep you guys on the plane if you want!

I got a Wii! But what an ordeal it was. I called our local Costco to see if they had any in stock. I really wanted to get it here since I have a $20 gift card for the place. The girl says "yes we have about half a palette left. So I leave work and drive an hour to Costco, racing against time. I get there and come to find out they have the Wii's but no Fits. I hate stupid people. I specifically asked if they had any Wii FITS, not Wii's, but I digress. So I leave and as I get in my car I decide to call the Gamestop that is in the same mall as Costco. They have one left. I asked if he will hold it for me, as I am in the mall and will be there in a few minutes. He did, and I got it. $50 more than I wanted to spend, but nonetheless, I'm done searching for it. I also pre-ordered 2 new games that were coming out that you can play on the Fit. A skateboarding and a cheerleading. I figure they will be good Christmas presents for the kids. He said once they come out they will be as hard to get as the Fits. So I came home and got my Mii all set up. According to her, I'm 3 years younger!

Don't you love it when she says you are younger? Caution, though... it changes daily! I have been as young as 26 and as old as 58. I have been staying about 40-41 most of the time, though. I love that!

Well, I am surprised to tell you all that we have a new arrival coming to our house.

scared you, didn't I? Bob got bitten by the "new car" bug. Luckily he was willing to look at a used 2007 Nissan Versa that a friend at work was selling. It is in terrific shape with only 27,000 miles on it and the asking price was really great. We will get it on Friday.

Welcome home, Karen! I was just wondering where you were!

Elin - Yay for a new car for Bob! I thought you guys might be getting another pet, but a car is good, too!

We're all home now. DH called at 5:55 PM to say he was about to head home. He is starting later in the morning so his days this week are about 12 hours. At least he isn't starting at 3 AM like normal and working until 6 PM! DS and I went to Sam's to get his Focalin so we don't have to do it tomorrow. I just have to remember to pack it!

If you and Leighanna ever want to visit us during the summer months, we'll take you to our community pool! Swiper's Sweeper used to be called The Whip, I think. It's easy to see why! How did you spend your 5 days off? My grandparents vetoed the zoo, BTW.

It did! And yes, it used to be called the Whip. It was hands down my favorite ride in Kiddie Land, followed by the .... I don't know what they're called. Those little "trains" that you have to drive with hand pedals
