Happy Wednesday, everyone!

It's a hot, hot day here. Luckily, there's nothing on tap except for getting my hair cut. Katie's still going through her clothes, but I'm getting a clearer picture of what she'll need for school.

I figure, I'll just relax around the house today. The kids spent the morning cleaning their rooms and the playroom, so there's nothing really pressing that needs to be done.

Alan just called to let me know that the Wii bundle we ordered was shipped this morning! Hooray! Now I just need the Wii fit and Christmas from the man in red will be done! I'm so excited!!!!!

I still have to make a stocking for Peanut, but can't really do that until I find out gender. So, that will have to wait for another little while.

Thanks. I've got Alan out and about looking for it today while he's at work. He usually has a lot of down time between stories. I think the kids are going to be really excited come Christmas morning!

I cut my middle finger last night with scissors (don't ask ) and it is hard to type now, as it still hurts.

Chanon - I get charged for texts. I did think it would be smart to e-mail all of the serial numbers to myself, but I bet I need the hard copy of the receipts if I need to make a claim. Or do I? At any rate, if I post that I lost the checks hopefully one of you will remember the receipts are in my carry-on if I have forgotten!

Heidi - Sorry about your finger. I have cut myself with the scissors when I was trying to cut the tag off of something that I was wearing. I also managed to cut myself when I was attempting to trim one of those stick-on bra things. I was also wearing that.

We were in the pool for about 90 minutes. DH took DS home, so now I need to give Princess some lunch.

Theresa, a bit back you mentioned that your organic bug spray? wasn't working. My sister found Eco Smart and she said when spraying bees, they just drop. They offer flying insect killer, ants and roach killer, wasp and hornet killer.

we had to get the GOOD stuff....turns out we have 4 nests in our little piece of yard. They have even started a nest in the cone that is supposed to be getting rid of them

You make your family's stockings? What do they look like?!

I make them out of felt. They are large and on the front I put the child's name and a Christmas picture. My mom started the tradition and my sister and I have continued it. I'll look through my Christmas pictures and see if I can find a shot of them.
