Well today I went garage saleing and found the cutest old brass bed headboard and footboard. It had a 25.00 on it and I offered $10.oo because I did not want the matress and box springs. Now I like tag saleing but I do draw the line at matresses! Luckily my MIL had a spare matress and box springs they never use so we are going to take that....so
So anyways I got it for 10.00 and then I went to Home Depot and got some gripper to prime it with and then picked out one of there Disney Paints............Wow did it come out so good, we used the Sleeping beauty Pink on it and wow it looks like a new bed.... I will try to post a picture tomorrow after I get sheets and a princess comforter for her.
So bargain of the day:
10.00 for bed
8.95 for gripper primer
10.95 for Quart of Disney Behr Paint
