DD4 getting too long for Mac Triumph - now what?

We love our Triumph, but my tall 4.5 yr. old seems to be outgrowing it :( She is only 41 lbs, but has long legs. She is still working it, as she loves her stroller, but her legs are a problem at times. They need to make strollers with deeper seats for long-legged kids. Not sure if we have any other stroller options now?

We have never rented Disney strollers as they just aren't comfy. We have a new Pliko P3 for our baby boy, but she can't hop on back when he's asleep, and to be honest, it's hard to push when she's on the back, so we will have to use this sparingly while at Disney.

Thanks for any advice, Tiger

You have plenty of options still available. I have my 4 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old in Baby Joggers. (City Series) they hold up to 75 lbs and are very easy to push. The fold is great - you just pull a handle that's on the seat and it folds; this leaves you holding the stroller by its handle. They have a latch to lock while folded, an excellent canopy, a zippered compartment as well as a back pocket and nice sized basket.

ANother option is a Mountain Buggy. I have one of them and they are also very easy to push, fold nicely (not as easily as the Baby Jogger), good basket, and have a weight limit of 100 lbs.

Many of the joggers have a higher weight limit so it's just a matter of finding one with the features most useful to you. Happy shopping!

Thanks for the info, but the weight is not the problem as I stated that she is getting too long. Macs go up to either 55 or 65lbs and she is only 41lbs - it's her length that is at issue.

The strollers you mentioned sound heavy since they are joggers - I wouldn't take a jogger to Disney as it's too cumbersome and heavy (I have Osteoporosis at a young age) and would bother other visitors. Have you taken these strollers to WDW? How do you like them for travel?

Thanks for the info - I will check out the strollers you mentioned as they sound interesting.

Tiger :)
