DD10 ordering kids meal?

We are NOT on the DDP, but do have the DDE card. DD10 eats less than my DD2....(She's very little...weighs 50 lbs.) She will want to eat off of the kid's menu. Is she permitted to? I know she is technically an "Adult" in Disney's eyes and has an Adult AP....but does she have to eat like one? She's more of a mac n' cheese kid.

At table service and counter service places it shouldn't be a problem...buffets & character meals will charge full price.

I figured that the BC breakfast, she'll be charged as an adult...and that's totally fine. She eats breakfast better than any meal anyway. Thanks!
