DD turning 9 on 2/9 sleepover ideas needed.

DD is 12 now and we've decorated diaries before. I bought diaries from the dollar store, and then provided sharpies and stickers.

I've also provided nail polish and the girls sit in a circle and paint one toe of the person next to them. then they switch spots and do that again. They are not "allowed" to paint the same color of polish next to each other. They had alot of fun with that.

the biggest hit is always the popcorn popper. We have an air popper ($20) and they LOVE watching the popcorn pop it's super cheap and easy to do.

brag bags: paper bags (can be decorated). the girls each get pieces of paper (9 girls = 9 pieces each). They then write something nice about each girl on them papers. Then they put them in their bags and then they read them out loud (they don't have to) and have a nice memory.

When my dd's have slumber parties I have found it easier to take them somewhere during the party. When had gone to the movies, the mall, skating, bowling, had our nails done and gone to our "bounce house". Once I even took them to Papa Johns to make pizzas for dinner and they didn't even charge us! Most of those activities can be cheap or I have found coupons, the movies however were the most expensive because we saw a 3-D movie and had snacks there. We have also done 2 american girl parties.
