DD may throw wrench in our travel plans

Our plan was to leave early this Saturday morning so we could get to FW before noon on Sunday. Have the route planned, stops scheduled, set to go. DD along with the rest of her 4X100 relay team made to state track finals. The first heats are Friday afternoon and finals (if they make it) are Saturday afternoon around 2:00PM. This will get us on the road about 12 hours late!! DW and I thank God everyday that these are the kinds of "problems" our kids present us with. We will still get to the Fort Sunday .....just not sure what time!!!

Sounds like a good problem to have, hope all goes well and you arrive at the Fort 12 hours later with big smiles on your faces and more reason to celebrate!

You are blessed to have a "problem" like this you never know there could be a drunk driver on the interstate, an accident that you will avoid because of this no matter what sometimes things just happen that we don't like but it just happens. Be thankful! DD mite only get to do this once or twice in her life! Disney will be there forever.

Thank you all for the kind words. Her speed.......? Well I am not sure where that came from. Guess she gets that from me, I can still out run DW when I smart off to her and she comes at me with the skillet.
