DD is 5 and had never had a snip cut off her hair. Her hair is about middle back length. Last week, I forgot DH's sunglasses on Roger Rabbit (it was the 2nd pair I lost in least than 1/2 a day, I lost my earlier in the morning going from our room at GCH to the CAP entrances for EE, ugh). So I go back to the ride to hopefully find his glasses, DD and DH go into the store right there. They find our glasses, yah! They had tons of them, must happen alot on that ride. I get back to the store and DD comes out behind DH with a spinner goofy toy stuck in her hair. It was so stuck, no way we were getting it out. I go to the register to find a CM, there are 2 grumpy looking senior workers there, nope. Then I remember the nice man at the other register who helped a little lost boy and we went to him. He didn't know what to do. I asked him if he had any scissors, he had to call for approval due to rules. We get it cut out, it wasn't bad. I tell him this is her first haircut and she got it at Disneyland. he couldn't believe it. I tell where we are from everyone waits to cut their daughters hair. He was so amazed, he gave DD the toy and said to keep it as a memory, then gave her all kinds of buttons to commerate her first haircut and it being at Disneyland. He was so kind and nice. I wish I could remember his name, I think it was Brent or something like that. Lots of firsts happen at Disneyland, even when you don't expect them to happen
