DD desires Mickey waffles next week!!!

All this time, we've talked about choosing the kids' fav attractions & events but I failed to ask if there was anything in particular the kids wanted to eat while we are there next week.

DD (8) wakes up this morning and says, "I just can't wait until next week to have Mickey waffles at WDW one morning!"

Okay, so this is one thing I did not plan on. We're staying @ SSR and had planned to eat all breakfasts in our 2BR.

Eating breakfast out is great news to me but I'm not interested in a character meal - not to mention, incredibly unlikely @ this point anyway.

Advice?? I'm counting on all you vets!!!

If SSR doesn't serve Mickey Waffles at Artists Palette (they may), you can take the boat to OKW, Olivia's has them on the kids menu. Oops, just remembered boat doesn't run that early...maybe you could drive over if you have a car.

If you have a car the ASMu has them in the food court. I believe allthe deluxe resorts on the monorail have them for breakfast at their CS locations. We have had them at GF, and WL.

I know that Trail's End at Fort Wilderness has them too. Good and inexpensive buffet without the craziness of the characters.

Gasparillas at the GF (counter service) has them. I know my kids ate tons of them in January.

That's the one request from my kids, too!!!

We just got back from OKW on the 15th - kids had Mickey Waffles twice at Olivia's. They were yummy! Just can't get 'em to taste the same at home.

And with Olivia's you don't need ADRs!!
