So DD3 has been to Disney many times and has always been under 3 the past few trips. Our next trip is in September and she will be 3. I have her in my MDE with her DOB which obviously states that she is 3 now and will be in September. We have a childs ticket linked to her name for our upcoming trip as well as the dining plan (child) for her. I booked a CRT reservation about a month ago for party of 3, and never thought of it again until I looked at the bank statement and it only charged $125 for lunch? I said hmmmm that's odd...seems too cheap? (LOL!! cheap!). WHen I look at the reservation, all of them say 2 adults and one infant....why is this and why didn't it change from our previous trips? Its always had her DOB? What can I do?

Call Disney and ask. Since she is on the reservation I don't see you being turned away but they may charge you day of for any prepaid meals. Are you using a dinning plan credit for her on that reservation?

We had that problem last year too (different scenario, but the now-3 year old was listed as an infant)
The woman on the phone said they look at the age that you entered, and not at the DOB, so it never gets updated. Which seems like a really whacky flaw in the system.
In any case, you can change it yourself in MDE or call if you have issues. (Or just don't worry about it, and assume that they will charge you at the restaurant when appropriate)

Thanks guys...we will be using dining credits anyways so I will just tell them at check in...I don't think it will be a problem either as we are booked as a party of 3! Thanks for the help...Ill give Disney a call to change her for future reference!

I had an issue with DGD. Their system wouldn't age her. She stayed 6 for 2 years. I needed it fixed to show her as 7 so I could book her FP times alone (for overlapping)
I had to call IT and they found the issue where her age got "stuck" and fixed it and she aged to 8 without issue.

thank you!!

Somehow my son got stuck and a quick call to IT fixed it. They created a new "him", basically. Then merged him with the old him so his older MBs were still assigned to the same profile. Probably too a shorter time to write than it did to fix.
