DCP Application Advice??

I just started my first semester as a college student. I LOVE DISNEY, as I'm sure you all do I have wanted to join the DCP since I heard about it 5 years ago and the time is just about here!

However, I need some advice on the application process.

I know in the initial application, you need to list work/volunteer experience. I have never had a job and I was wondering: will I still get accepted only putting down volunteer work? Should I get a real job before even thinking about applying? Will having a job put me at an advantage?

Also, any other tips to get past that first step in the application process would be great!

It's not impossible to get accepted without previous work experience, and having work experience isn't a guarantee of acceptance. Definitely put down any volunteer experience you have, though - it can't hurt.
