DCL Wish - tips for 15yo girl birthday on board?

Hi all - my daughter will have her 15 year old birthday on the 4th day of our Wish cruise in Feb. I want to do something special for her that day. I can't book a salon or spa appointment (18+ only). Any suggestions or ideas on what we can do to make the day extra special? It will be our At Sea day. I'm willing/able to spend some $$$. (Example: my 11yo has a birthday the following day when we disembark, and we are heading to WDW and I'm surprising her with Horse back riding at Camp Wilderness that afternoon bc she loves horses.)

Are you sure you can’t book a spa treatment? The Know Before You Go section says that guests ages 13-17 can have spa treatments as long as they are booked by a parent/guardian and a parent/guardian stays with the teen during the treatment.

That would be a fun birthday treat. You could also check which lounges are open to all during the day and take you daughter to one (or more) for a mocktail. I’m sure bartenders would be happy to come up with something special for her, especially if you note it’s her birthday.

Our oldest turned 15 during our cruise on the Dream last summer. She wasn't interested in any spa treatments. We bought magnets to put around our room as decorations and our lovely room host made a "cake" out of towels . We surprised her with the Family Challenge sundae dessert from Vanellopes which was delivered to our table at dinner that night and during the day we took her to Vanellopes to pick out a few treats as well. It was also a sea day for her birthday so we took her shopping in the stores on board as well lol (surprisingly we didn't buy much that time lol).

We cruised during our DD 16th birthday. I made a birthday sign and decorated her door (we had two rooms). I also surprised her with a sweet 16 birthday sash (bought on Etsy) that she wore. At dinner they brought her a special treat.

You could also tell your cruise group and maybe they will leave her little treats. If you happen to be on the Feb 9th Dream, I'd be happy to drop off some small things.

In the past, I have pre-booked a manicure/pedicure for myself. Once onboard, I went to the spa and asked if I could give the appointment to my teen daughter. They had no problem transferring the time to her. I did have to be present for her treatments. This was on the Fantasy.

a salon or spa treatment followed by a private photo session with shutters would be fun. She could bring a special dress for the pictures.
