DCL went the whole nine yards to pair us up with our requested server!

We requested Adanna through Dreams Unlimited very soon before we sailed, and Tracey suggested going to ask in person, which we did.

It turns out we were not even in her dining room rotation. They changed our rotation, they changed her area in the dining room, and gave us a table to ourselves (2 adults) in her section. It was a three night Merrytime Cruise, we just got off this morning and seeing her again was wonderful. This was our third time with her as server. We hope to have her again next year during our Merrytime Cruise, but we also wish her a promotion to Head Waiter, she‘s just that good and personable!

We had the same great experience last month on the Fantasy. We requested Daniel. I also requested the rotation that placed us in AP only twice on our 8 night cruise. I made it clear that Daniel as our server was the more important request. Not only was Daniel our server but they changed his rotation! He'll be on his vacation on our next cruise but next time I can request him, I'll skip requesting a specific rotation. He assured us it was no problem but it seems inconvenient for him and any other team affected. Not sure though.

That is amazing. We are half year away from our second Dream cruise and we are going to ask if our server is still there too.
