I've laways thought anticipation is half the fun! It's so sad when the trip or event that you have been planning and thinking about for all those months comes to an end! I am savoring every miunte of this pre-cruise time!

One thing is for sure, No tux.

I love the Khakis and white shirt idea. But when Ive seen pictures of other couples with him in a white shirt, I think its too much white. If he were to wear a shirt with color. What color?
Im lucky in this area. He will pretty much wear whatever I ask him to.

Would Khaki dress pants and flip flops look stupid?

I think if he wore brown leather flip flops and khakis it would be fine. Thats one of DFs favorite summer combos.

If we do a beach ceremony - DF wants to wear black board shorts with a tuxedo stripe and a white button down shirt. I think that might be a little informal for your dress - but its a thought.

Ocean blue shirt, untucked of course


and maybe a pretty flower tucked in his ear!!!!!

I started this thread almost 3 weeks ago. And the second that I posted I realized, it was not under the Planning our Happily Ever After, where it should be.

I kinda thought that someone would move it knowing that it was out of place, but I guess not. Can I move it? I feel it should be moved.

I have successfully talked him into wearing this suit. A white shirt, but cannot decide on the color of tie. I want yellow (banana) he says no.

DH is wearing brown flip flops with khaki pants and an ivory/cream solid color hawaiian shirt for our VR on Deck 7

I can confirm that rumor. I spoke with Briana Marshall earlier today...she said she was slowly making her way through all the DCL Bookings.

Well this is the first time I have been able to post a reply. It is fun reading everyone's comments. I am so excited to see my daughter get married on a Disney Cruise. And also to spend time with family from across the country. I know we will have a blast.

I think he would look nice in the ocean blue shirt. I agree with Melissa. I bet he'd be more comfortable too! How in the world did you get him to agree to a suit?
