DCL website issues?

Hey There-
I know it's not a huge surprise for there to be website issues, but I have been trying to check cruise pricing online for the past three days now and have been getting error messages each time. I have tried Chrome and Explorer. I even tried the incognito window "trick" without success.

Is it just me?? :confused3

Mine is working in Chrome, but not Firefox (56). Try deleting your cookies. I know I hate doing that, because I have to re-do all my passwords, but some say that's the trick.
 
Happens to me all the time, I can usually restart my computer and then I can get in.
It's the most frustrating thing..........
 
Mine is not working in Chrome or any other browser. I get error message 500 and it keeps timing out. I told them about it. Clearing cookies did not work for me. The page pops up once in awhile, but mostly it times out.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried both and neither helped. FWIW, I can't get on from my phone or my ipad either. So odd!!
 
I know when using Chrome if you use incognito mode it typically works.

I just went to the DCL website and was able to check prices on a couple of different cruises with no problem. I'm using Chrome/Windows 7 on my laptop.

Another trick (DCL why do we need to share "tricks" to get your website to work???) is to make sure you logout. Some times that works for me. Some times switching to IE works. Sometimes clearing cookies and temp internet files works. I had a problem last night. Tonight is fine.
 
I'm there now and it's slow but it is not timing out right now.
 
I've been able to check prices but I was unable to make payments on my cruise online yesterday. It kept circling around back to the main page. I finally gave up and called. And then laughed as the recorded voice tell me, "Dis you know you can make changes and payments online?" Ummmm, yea, I wish I could :goodvibes
 
DCL just changed the whole design/interface format on viewing and booking cruises (more like RCCL now), so that may account for the problems over the last few days?
 
It's definitely being weird. Yesterday AND today I got all excited thinking they were in process of assigning my cabin for 2/17 because it went from "Stateroom GTY" to "Stateroom" - but when I go back a little later, it's back to "Stateroom GTY". Whomp, whomp.

And my stateroom number that I actually booked now says, "stateroom to be determined/assigned" ?!?

Yikes!!! Unless they had to take yours out or service for some reason and are upgrading you?
