Hi, I've been trying to make a payment towards my cruise since yesterday (9/16) and I keep getting this error message:

Sorry, we were unable to process your payment. Your card has not been charged. Please try again. If the problem persists, please call (800) 951-3532 for assistance with modifying your reservation. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.


Anyone else having issues paying?? TIA
 
Haven't tried to pay online as mine are all paid up, but if you're having so many issues, why not just call?

eta: If you've cruised with Disney before, get your CC number and call the CC line. I'f found I almost never have to wait for them.

This should be a 20 second transaction, shouldn't have to wait 5 mins on call to pay.

But you've spend so much more than 5 minutes trying and trying again and then coming on here.

Just as a note: If this were a matter of final payment and you didn't get it in because you didn't want to call (or waited until the call center was closed) but insisted on trying and retrying a website when the website is telling you to call if the problem continues, they will NOT work with you. Your reservation would be cancelled.
