DCL Veterans - what are your planning 'buckets'

I'm a big list maker and I'm enjoying learning on these boards. What would you say your 'planning buckets' are?

So far, I've got:
• air travel to/from port, hotels, transfers
• activities before/after cruise (KSC, etc)
• clothing per person and any special theme attire
• carry on bag for embarkment day
• special on board plans / reservations
• excursions
• on board photos/packages
• FE plans (pretty sure we will do this)
• alcohol (to bring or buy)

Another list I like to research and put together is a 'Merchandise Shopping List'. I go on the Disney shopping app, see what's available, and make a list so that I (a) have a rough idea of how much spending money I need, and (b) don't miss out on an item, because I get side tracked by all the cool stuff I didn't see in the research phase, I forget about the things I did see, then get sad I forgot to buy them!

So souvenirs while on DCL? Maybe I need to make a bucket for 'pins'. I have a collection and my two oldest as well. Those add up! Oy!!

Yes, exactly! I collect pins and Tsum Tsums. There is, of course, other general merchandise that is sometimes available on the ship and in the parks, like plush, so I just try to know what I want in advance, and of course, then add a large amount for 'mystery items' , the things I didn't see online, but also want!

I plan in advance how much money I want to spend onboard. I also plan the future cruise or placeholder I want to book for 10% off.
