DCL transportation or limo service

My mother has a very difficult time lifting her legs to get into vehicles due to her daily chemotherapy medication. Makes her very weak at times. My dad put running boards on their mini van to help her. Right now, we have DCL transportation booked for our October Cruise, but am thinking of changing and getting Happy Limo booked instead because I am worried that my mom will have difficulty getting onto the bus and I want to save her embarrassment. Does DCL have lifts for handicapped people or should I definitely get happy limo?

I've used happy limo many times to get to wdw. We are using it this time to get to the terminal. Would highly recommend.

We've used happy limo numerous times and love them! They are fantastic. We booked a minivan last time and they sent an awesome limo instead at no charge.

We used Happy Limo this past summer and LOVED it!!! They were wonderful to work with. And we got to the port at the time we wanted. We will use again for cruise this summer!

DCL transfer buses do have a lift. It may not be on every bus, so you should make sure if you reserve DCL transfers that they know your party will need a bus with a lift. Is mom bringing a wheelchair? I don't know if they'll allow her to just stand and ride up, but there should be a wheelchair kept under the bus she can use to ride up, then transfer to a regular seat.

Or you may prefer the private limo.
