Hi everyone. My Dad and I will be going on our 7th Disney Cruise later this year, and it has been a while since we have sailed from Port Canaveral. My Dad and I will be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter so we will be utilizing the transportation from the resort to the port.

My question is...What is the average time the busses begin picking people up from the Resorts? DCL can't give me a definitive answer whenever I call them. I can't remember what time we have been picked up at other Resorts. I'm trying to figure out if we would have time to take the boat to Disney Springs for a brunch before heading back to the resort to catch the bus.

Any information any of you can give me is very much appreciated!

Since the pick up schedule isn't finalized until like the day before the cruise, due to not knowing exactly how many, and from which resorts, they can't give you a definite answer. The pick up window for the resorts is anytime between 10:45 to 1:30.

You won't know your pick up time until the night before, when you get a letter in your room with this information.

We've been picked up at 12:30, 11:00, and 12:00.

Honestly, I'm one who wouldn't relax and enjoy brunch worrying about getting back in time. I would skip the DS brunch and plan to eat breakfast at POFQ - I've heard they have wonderful beignets!

Enjoy your cruise!

From my experience, it's usually between 11-11:30am. Hope this helps!

Thank you everyone! I have been able to adjust our park schedule to get to Disney Springs at another point.
