Level 1, B side, near the far end. Go past the rental car counters toward the bus loading area where Mears loads (and where the former Magical Express buses used to load. The one exception would be if you are sailing on a day when DCL has two ships in port. We sailed last month on the Fantasy on a day when the Wish was also in port. The Wish buses loaded in the usual location, and the Fantasy buses loaded at the opposite end of the terminal. There were plenty of DCL personnel directing traffic to the right loading area.
For our sailing, the first buses started loading between 9:30 and 10:00. When we checked in, we were given a character card which served as our boarding pass to get on the bus. We were on the third bus heading to the port, departing MCO about 10:30. Oh, and we were checked in at the airport, so once at the port, we just cleared security and boarded immediately. We are Pearl and had boarding group 2. They were boarding group 5 when we arrived at that end of the port terminal. The entire process was very efficient.
