DCL Transfers from NYC Hotel to Pier

I know that only a couple of sailings have taken place so far this year, but after the fiasco we experienced with this for our 2012 cruise, I'm wondering what time DCL is picking guests up at the Marriott Marquis to transport them (10 minutes away) to the port?

Trying to decide on convenience (keep the DCL transfers) VS earlier arrival (I have an 11am PAT), and whether to cancel the DCL transfers or not.
