DCL Transfer

My sister & family are arriving SEA the day of cruise at 10:30am. It'll be their first cruise and I would like to make things as easy as possible for them. How does DCL Transfer work? Do they go to the terminal to pick them up or do they have to find the bus? Can I prepaid the transfer for them ahead of time through our TA (DU)? What happens if they missed their flight, would DCL schedule them for a later airport pickup?

At every port we have cruised from, there are DCL CMs at the airport to direct arriving guests to the appropriate desk to meet the DCL transportation. At MCO this is the Welcome Center--a huge desk. In other places it may be as simple as a uniformed CM at a podium with a clip board. In any event, you go to this "check in " location and are escorted to the appropriate bus. You are not assigned to a specific bus until you check in with the CM. SO..if your flight arrived at 11 instead of 10:30 there is no problem--they put you on the next bus that is departing.

You would pay for the transfers thru your TA.
